This is my go to Dunkin store. Recently i've been disappointed. They can never make frozen coffees because of broken machine. Another time there was no ice. But as i sat at the window i watched an employee make a frozen drink which i had asked for a frozen coffee and was told they couldn't make it. Bacon is sometimes burnt to the point you can't eat it. And a lot of the time my iced coffee or frozeen coffee never taste the same as it did the last time. I find that pretty annoying. As mentioned in other reviews the employees seem to be in horrible moods a lot of the time. I thought maybe it was just a bad day but it's just ongoing. I think they need to find better management and train new employees better.
I keep trying to give this place a chance because it’s close to my house and I’m a big Dunkin’ Donuts fan. I’ve never experienced a worse Dunkin’ store. The employees are rude and I have not had one good experience there. I either receive the wrong items or it’s not made the way I asked for it. Today I came in to eat rather than go through the drive thru and ordered a sandwich for my toddler. It was burnt to a crisp. I had to take it back. They remade it and it came out like the second picture, falling apart. I had to disassemble the sand which so he could actually eat it. Get it together please, I love Dunkin’ and want to be able to go here!! I think hiring some adults would be a good idea.
Crew members have extremely bad attitudes. I was told that I couldn't get my order because they had to defrost the bagels that they said they had. I asked for a refund and I got an attitude and she stormed away. Two minutes later I get a bag with my order still half cold, without a single word being said to me.
Drive thru folks were really nice and seemed happy to fulfill my order! They pretty much know me, as I'm there daily and they recognize that and makes me feel welcomed!
We ordered two iced coffees and asked for extra cream and sugar in them. got to the window and saw it was just straight black coffee, and asked her to please give me some more milk and sugar, she had the worst attitude and refused to do that she goes I have ti remake it we asked her to please throw away the ones she messed up and she said no. then we got our 2 donuts we ordered which was a chocolate donut with chocolate icing and we got a regular glazed donut... very rude and very gross won't ever be going back. very unhappy I've had better instant coffee and its way better than this place
They get my order wrong consistently and take forever. Also when they remade the sandwich I ordered (because they gave me something completely different than what I asked for) the egg and English muffin were still freezing cold. Management needs to make sure their employees know what they're doing.
Asked for extra sweet foam, I barely got one sip of the foam and it was gone. Told her at the window it wasn't right and I asked for extra, she made a big deal saying she'd have to remake the whole thing. She couldn't have just giving me a tiny little cup of sweet foam on the side?
Sat behind only two cars and still waited 15+ minutes in the drive through for a frozen mocha (for someone else) just to get to the window, pay, still have to wait for the drink to be made, just to get home and the drink to be a frozen hot chocolate not even close to what I ordered. I don’t come here often but when I do the order is wrong.
Went in to purchase 3dozen of donuts for my crew and they told me I could only get 2 dozen the week before it was no problem same as the week before. When I explained that they told me that it was always that way and I would have to call ahead. That would be great if they would awnser the phone at 7 in the morning!!!
Good food and service. Cold inside, heat issue
