Awful. An hour and 40 min nobody answered phone. Drove to store. Pizza still sitting there getting cold. Workers eating chips while the phone rang off the hook. Wouldn’t refund.
I understand being short staffed and my order taking longer than normal. But I never received a contactless delivery. I called the store to ask about my order, and told me the order was delivered, and that the driver tried to call me multiple times. I literally never received any phone call from the driver. I also own a doorbell? So there’s no way they couldn’t have alerted me somehow if the order was ever actually fulfilled. Didn’t want to stay up until midnight just to tell people that they weren’t getting dinner after all :)
Biggest issue I have is the $3 carryout "tip yourself" thing is only valid until the next sunday. I used to work for Dominos as a driver. I know people dont tip like they should, but if you advertize a "tip yourself" discount for carryout, you should make it valid for at least 14 days, if not a month.When i was a driver, we only had one repeat customer that would order twice a week. Everyone else had a "pizza night" once a week.
I ordered Domino's online could not put a Time on try calling the store for an hour nobody's answering and I need to cancel this order .I sent a text I said a call nobody will answer that's ridiculous how do you cancel an order
They can't even cook a pizza the whole way through or even get the toppings right.
Ordered food and the Manger Russell told me my food would be cold and that was it, I am disgusted by how he acted over phone with me. I asked to speak to a manager and of course Russell is the manager, I asked to speak to a gm and he told me to call corporate. I'll be heading down to the store to make a complaint and I called the other local domino's and they said it was wrong how he handled it so Russell if you are reading this my man you are in a job requiring customer service and you provided a horroying experience as someone who should be in charge, if this is how you allow your employees to act then no wonder this store is rated so poorly. I have contacted corporate and let them.know on Twitter istagram and Facebook your store number and name enjoy your job while you have it my friend.
I was asking for a thin crust pizza. i got bacon on it. The crust was super super thin, I asked for thin crust. Not as thin as paper. Just an FYI for you Italiano pizza lovers DONT GET THIN CRUST. it just had barely any room for sauce, and I love sauce. It tasted like eating paper and bacon combined. Hopefully my order today will be better.
Took 37 mins for the pizza to be done. They didn't deliver within thier 2 min delivery curbside- actually it was more like 8 mins. The pizza was not good tasting at all, alot of crust & little to no toppings.
I'm not sure if they have new owners but the last 2 times we have ordered from here the pizza was completely different. We usually order pan crust, the pizza had no flavor, the texture of the crust was different, they piled on the sauce and they built the pizza all the way to the end of the crust so there was no actual crust. It was horrible. We used to like getting their pizza but this location has gone downhill fast over the past 6 weeks.
Ordered 2 pizzas tonight and they both came 100% sauce less.
