came here today from Monroeville and was helped by the absolute sweetest girl who, in my opinion, is single-handedly keeping this place open. if I remember correctly, her name was Hannah. signs on the door & inside state they are super short staffed & there was a line out the door but she was killing it!I didn’t appreciate the middle aged lady (who I’m assuming was some sort of manager) that stood around “organizing” waffle cone bowls while 15 people waited in line. help your staff and you might not be so short staffed!

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES. I came here and had my order made in the back to prevent cross contamination… I’m not too sure what happened, but I had an allergic reaction and ended up in the ER.
This place has good ice cream, but here is the issue, If you get it during week days it's good, but if you get it on weekends it's always wrong because they have a bunch if illiterate high school kids working there who just dont Care.
My husband and I arrived about 20 minutes before closing and there was at least 7 people ahead of us in line. OWEN waited on us and he did a great job, very patient despite our “involved” order with many add ins. Friendly even though I’m sure the entire staff wanted to get home!
ColdStone never disappoints!!! You can get just aboutanything you could imagine in your own little cup. They have various personal sizes and then Pints/quarts/gallons of your favorite concoctions... This place is great for kids and they also have smoothies and shakes or just regular ice cream if you prefer but I'm not sure youll be able to resist a topping.or two. I love that you can watch them mix it for you right in front of you!!! The staff was pleasant and service was great and quick.
This is the best Coldstone we've been to - the owner/manager and staff made our daughters 6th birthday extra special! They're very helpful and friendly which makes a huge difference! We will be back many more times to come!

I usually have a great experience when we get ice cream from cold stone creamery but this time was much different. My daughter wanted ice cream but fell asleep on the way there so I decided to do the curbside pickup. I ordered and called when I got there like it states to do. A nice lady answered, looked up my order and told me to give them a few minutes and someone would bring it out. I sat there for 25 minutes... And nothing. I called and said, "I'm sorry if I'm being a pest but I've been sitting here waiting for my order for 25 minutes. Can you see what's going on with it?" The man on the other end of the phone was not nice at all. He asked for my name and preceded to say, "You're not the only curbside order. We have like 10 of them right now." I kept my mouth shut but it's funny how I didn't see them come outside once with a curbside order and I watched several customers walk in and walk out with their ice cream. He found my order and brought it out within 2 minutes. They obviously forgot about my order. I do not appreciate being talked to like that to cover up their mistake. If the employees don't want to participate in curbside pickup then the option needs to be taken off of the app.
Still standing here waiting for someone to come out of the back so that I can pick up my online order. I had to call to get someone to help the poor kid I’m actually working.
