Celebrated my daughter Sophia's 10th birthday here.We went on a Tuesday during day and it was not crowed.

I’m confused. Everywhere I read online CEC’s claims that “no one is too old for fun” or whatever. My dad and I decided to go for his birthday. We used to go all the time when I was a kid (I’m 19 now). At the door, they gave me a disgusted look and asked me how old I was, and then proceeded to tell me anyone 18+ is not allowed to play games. I don’t get it. The business is in debt, but won’t accept my money?? I know I sound like a Karen, but I was genuinely excited to feel like a kid again. This rule (and the employee’s attitude) made me feel anything but that.

They had a decent selection of games to choose from and the lady working the front was so kind and remembered my son when we went to leave. However the directions took us into the Mall at the complete opposite end and the directory showed us where it was located in the mall so we walked to the other side to find out that you can't even get into it from the mall. You have to enter from the outside of the mall - on the complete opposite side of the mall. (With no signs on the windows you can see in from the mall on how to get in.) Really the only downfall to our trip. I also love the game play card now instead of tickets! Very convenient.

I had visited Chuck E. Cheese for a birthday party. Positives the party was only 2 hours, pizza was pretty good, the kids were entertained while eating and had fun playing the games. The employee that was working the party was nice, she filled all the kids cups with water and had adult cups out for the adults to fill, plates and tables were put out ahead of time as well.Negatives: multiple machines were out of order, there were 2 parties there at the same time- which is fine but they put the row of tables right next to each other when it easily could of been spaced apart. It is a nice place to still have a kids party and was told it was a good bang for your buck when paying for your kids birthday party.

Manager was extremely nice and accommodating and made sure our experience with 4 kids was enjoyable. She handled every situation with grace and kindness. Will definitely be returning.

Such a fun place to take your kids. I took my grandson and he had the best time.

Thank you McKenzie and Ashleigh and others, you made Lydia’s birthday party very exciting and enjoyable. All the staff were very welcoming and their hard work was displayed at our party. Thank you

Absolutely terrible. We didn’t eat but had 3 game cards. The card system is absolutely garbage. Cards we never working or scanning too soon. Well you have a bonus on some games and before you could get another scan out of bonus round. Sad 2 kids 6 and 7 years old weren’t having fun. On top only the card system 30% of games not working or had no paper to take a picture. Sad that I spent over $75 dollars for kids to walk out of there and say they didn’t have fun. Definitely won’t be back

It's a little small and the games are all very close to each other but the manager and employees were very nice and involved and the pizza was delicious

It was an okay time. Any coin operated games had a lag in coin issuance. This made it tough to get bonuses that were related to time. Especially since they would only give one coin qt a time. There was also a few games that were out of service. When the arcade only has about 30 games, 3 being out of service can make a huge difference.
