Delayed pick up time than promised. Food quality is the worst. Hope it is one time thing. Since it’s my first time at that location.
here is me heating up my burrito because it's the same temperature as the lettuce. Ice cold. not sure why my queso on the side is hot but the burrito was literally cold as ice. thanks for having me wait an hour
I love Chipotle but the place looks like a garbage dump. Seriously there is trash all over the floor, the tables are always dirty, the napkins always empty, trash under the front counter, garbage cans overflowing and stale chips. I gave it two stars because I still like the food for the most part and it’s one of the only somewhat healthy non gmo places to eat around the Greensburg area.
My wife is a vegetarian.There was meat in the queso,they scraped the pans to pull out rice ,vegetables were out. Chipotle is usually one of are favorite meals. I know there are shortages but this was unacceptable.
Over charged me for chicken quesadilla because I walked in with no line and didn’t place order on app.. didn’t tell me til I went to pay ridiculous spending $15 on it when you’re out of black beans! Poor service
Very consistent and clean location. Second area dedicated to making pickup orders. Very nice staff so tip them well! I drive twenty minutes further to go to this location vs the one near century three that is dirty, super poor quality and the staff look like they shouldnt be touching food and the area is sketch
We love Murrysville Chipotle, stopped at this one because we were in the area. The first girl serving the beans, Rice & meat had her mask below her nose barely covering her mouth. They also didn't have the grilled veggies for the veggie bowl. Very disappointed.
Why even order online when u can get ur food faster in the store? Not one person was in line and I had to wait 20 mins in store for my order that I placed 40 mins ago
I rarely feel the need to leave reviews but this evening I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant and likely will not be returning. Tonight I ordered dinner for my family and upon arriving, saw that my order was nowhere to be found. I spoke to the woman at the pickup counter and she told me that the order never came through and because they were so backed up, I’d have to wait in a very long line to order at the counter. After telling her that there was a reason we set a specific time and we couldn’t stay, she offered to make it for me as long as I could show her a receipt. I did but she didn’t mark which one was which so I picked up a marker to try and do it myself and was yelled at by the employee and ordered not to use their marker. Obviously I was very put off by this but decided to let it go. That is until we got home. The ENTIRE order was wrong. Every single item was missing different things. Guac, RICE, fajita veggies, and more than 1 meat were missing in different amounts from the orders. I realize they were backed up but this level of error is horrendous and will cause me to not return to this location ever again. I strongly recommend any of their customers to go to a different location or eat elsewhere. I’m shocked that this place has gotten so bad.
First time there. Staff member helpful and knowledgeable about menu. My meal was comp. Really appreciated and the food was good.
