The gentleman preparing food was nice and made good suggestions. The inside needed a good cleaning as most tables, surfaces and glass were pretty icky looking. I feel that is the case for most Chipotle's in our area. All staff were polite and courteous and working hard!
This food is good, it fills you up. You have a choice between chicken or steak or you can get both. Only thing I would love to see they add to the menu is Shrimp then the combination of all three in a bowl, salad or taco would Really be Amazing!!
I’d give 6 stars! We ate here on May 28, 2022 in the early afternoon. The food was the best Chipotle we’ve eaten in the last couple of years - fresh, hot and very tasty! We travel a lot and many Chipotle locations have suffered from under-employment or “mal-employment”. As the restaurant became more busy, workers were diverted to the front counter. Basic stuff really, having good food and good service, but that is becoming rare nowadays.
Now this was the best Chipotle I've had since I had Chipotle! The girl who made my food was the sweetest person in the world. She deserves a raise! She was the only one working the line and it was moving normal! And I was traveling through... I wish I lived close ?
While this chipotle is usually much cleaner and the food tastes better than the greengate location, they severely lack in customer service. I usually will go later in the night and despite it being 2 hours before they close, they have already covered all of the garbage cans, put all of the chairs onto the tables, and taken down the drink station. On top of this, the cashiers are just rude and seem annoyed that anyone is even there. Bad customer service and small portion sizes might not be worth better tasting food?
Walked in, totally dead. First time ever that has happened to me. One person on register, one person making the customer food, one making the food in the back and a floating manager. Aside from someone at the register having something compensated for some reason, I was in and out very quickly.Extra rice - did it well. Half a scoop of black beans, spot on.All the ingredients were prepped properly and as requested.I just wish I didnt have stomach pains after eating at Chipolte, which I associate with the hot sauce I put on. I love it though, but I pay twice.
Employees are not the brightest. I work about 15 minutes away, 1/2 hour round trip. Get to the window, pick up my order, drive back to work. Wrong order. So I tried to call and at least get a refund or have someone bring me the right order. They have an automated phone system that does not give you the option to talk to a person that works there. Another trip and another 1/2 hour i'll never get back, I finally get the right food. At the end of the day the product is not worth the effort.
This is my favorite place to go when I'm hungry & not sure what I want to eat. Their variety from bowls to salads to burritos is always fab with so many great toppings to choose from... You get a lot of great food for a small price & you're helping the environment, farmer's & other worthy organizations... Now that I think about it, CHIPOTLE IS HANDS DOWN MY FAVORITE PLACE TO GO, PERIOD.
I love Chipotle!! This is not my regular store to go to. The service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious as always.The only thing negative I have to say is that the floor in the drive through prep area was dirty. The tickets were dragging the floor and there was food on the floor also. It made me wonder why nobody was taking care of it?I can say that it didn't look like that when we arrived and got our order. However, I had to go back up and order a take out item after they got very busy. So I'm guessing that is the reason. They were trying to take care of their customers first.
I ordered online and did the drive thru pick up. It was super easy and the food was delicious as always!
