We went to Chili’s Greengate on the 4th of July. We live much closer to West Mifflin Chili’s but get better food & service here . Our waitress was awesome. We ordered Fahitas without Cilantro and it was perfect our waitress was Jael she was great & a hard worker. Ty Chili’s Greengate!
Just left and was very disappointed. Took us 5 minutes to get a drink. I ordered my daughter macaroni and cheese and it came with a hair. I had to ask for my appetizer which came out at the same time is the kids food. Which usually isn’t a problem but my food came right behind it. It wasn’t that busy when I walked in so I’m not sure where the disconnect was but I am extremely unsatisfied. I asked that she take the pasta back until I was finished with my appetizer (she was a little irritated by this) and when she brought it back…. you could tell it had been dried out by heat lamp. I told her that the macaroni and cheese had a hair in it and she had an extreme attitude and told me that it was going to be taken off my bill. As you can see the macaroni and cheese is still on the bill. I haven’t had chili’s in years. I was excited to go back but now I don’t think I ever will. Sad.
I was getting tired on my truck at Walmart they said it would take an hour, so I walk to Chili's(2 min walk) say at The bar figuring I'd have a beer too and an appetizer after about 10 minutes away and said to bartender would be right with me ,after while money laying on the bar The bartender came and started making drinks for other people mind you I was the only one at the bar she never said a word to me long story short I got my text my tires were done I still wasn't even greeted by the barmaid The last time I'll ever go to this place!!!!

Utterly the worst visit I've experienced at this location. Was there for about an hour & tables were just left dirty, with dirty dishes on them(totally unacceptable). Our waitress was NOT at all attentive (had to ask her 3 times for part of the order & she never came back to see if we wanted any drink refills). It wasn't even a busy time of the day(3/4 of restaurant was empty). It has been one of my favorite restaurants for quite some time. Needless to say, we will NOT be returning to this location.
Ordered margarita chix. It wasnt very good nor hot. Sent my food back because of it not being hot. They brought it back out n it was still cold. Had to ask for my street corn 3 times. The guy server who took our order was excellent. Given this he gets a 5*. The woman server who delivered r food to the table wasnt nice at all. Very unfriendly. She gets a 1*. My husband said his food wasnt hot either but he chose to eat it as is.

Love the new menu and additional options. Seems they are not fully staffed, so management is limiting seating. If you have patience, fully recommend a visit. Staff is working hard to give you a great experience.
Everything was very good,the restaurant was very clean and the food was perfectly cooked. It was ready on time for pickup. Brought it out to the car with no problem no wait time. And we had a big order
Chili's Grill & Bar they have really good hamburger. There Lounder potatoes soup is really good to eat
