Can’t thank the staff at Eastgate Plaza CFA! They made my sons birthday a success! From individually packaging all the food for his class to the sweet note, cow, cookie tray, and sticker they gave him. These people go over and beyond the “my pleasure”! A special thank you to Makayla for going the extra mile!

Horrendous drive thruway. Complete mayhem. This was my second visit in a row where there was one single lane, then 7 cars behind me got diverted into the lane beside me, and now they all ended up in front of me. So my drive through time was ridiculously. How can you let a waiting customer get skipped when it was my turn to put 7 extra cars in front of me. Not very polite system. I only have a 30 minute lunch break and it was almost completely waisted sitting in the drive through lane. The 2 stars were for the always friendly employees and the consistency of the food is usually good.
Love their food! However, their drive thru is kinda tight and usually packed, although that’s probably because they have great food.
Listen, the Lord's chicken is great...but there's something about the buns they use that would turn me to a devout Christian if I was given an endless supply. Its simply amazing. And can we talk about how incredible their drive thru process is? I'm pretty sure I can get through a Chik-Fil-A drive thru faster starting at the end of a line at 12pm on a Saturday than I can a McDonald's drive thru being the only person in line. It's an efficient drive thru to say the least. However, I do feel that management should do a little more for the employees in the booths, especially during winters. The poor girls I saw in the booths yesterday had a small heater on the booths floor and that's it. They were freezing. Please do a little more to take care of them. I feel the Lord would appreciate that.Overall, Chik-Fil-A runs a great operation. The staff are always polite and friendly, no one ever seems to hate their job (I hope this is all genuine emotion and not forced but...it is the fast food industry) and I've never had an issue with my orders.
Sure it’s clean and Christian which is great but Burger King… KFC…. And Popeyes chicken sandwiches are stomping your chicken sandwiches in the teeth…. And there’s no massive wait or commotion trying to get their food.
As always Chick-fil-A is on point with the customer service and the quickness of service. Food was git, fresh and delicious as always.
Chik-Fil-A is my comfort food! The staff is always pleasant, and I truly don't think it's because they "have" to be. I think they really enjoy it. I love our local restaurant and the way they engage the customers going through the drive-thru with their poll questions. My favorite question so far has been, "What is your favorite fruit?" The food is always on point, and the mac n cheese is pretty dang good.
I visited last evening. Not happy at all! One of the crew members seemed to be have a disability, she was asking for help and what to do during my whole visit. While I sat back and observed, the other crew members where laughing and sending her to all the other crew members. Disgusting behavior. I will never visit this location again.
My first time trying the food it was awesome. Our cashier was very nice. No one looked stressed out working there. The environment was very relaxed and looks like a really great place to work. I'll definitely be back
