My most recent trip was a mixed bag. The employees were courteous, clean, helpful, etc. Everything a manager or owner would want from a crew. However, the food lacked the typical Chick-fil-A quality. It was fresh and hot, but just did not taste consistent with the brand. Consistency is my favorite thing about Chick-fil-A. In addition, the strawberry milkshake tasted spoiled. They checked the strawberries and milk to assure the products were not old. Maybe it was an error with cleaning? They replaced the shake with another flavor, but at the point I was turned off by the product.
How busy it was the wait to order and get food was really fast
We loved their original chicken sandwich... Kids got chicken nuggets.... Loved them!
You can not find anything bad yo say about Chick-fil-a. I recently had there peppermint stick milkshake. OMG somebody slap me, I'm going bananas

This location has been a staple in the mall for probably my whole lifetime. I can not say enough good things about this location. They always provide fantastic service and deliver under pressure. They definitely set the standard for Chick-fil-A and I am always impressed with this location. Definitely recommend this spot next time you are at Westmoreland mall!
Grand slam 5 star service, every register open and running full speed, I turned around to get ketchup from the condiment bar and before I could reach my arm out, my name was called and food was on the counter.
Thank God Chick-fil-A, is open, and open late, always good food here, along with friendly smiles and very pleasant staff, keep up the good work.

Chic fil a is one of the best fast food restaurants available. The organization, consistency, quality, and price are top notch. Employees are almost always friendly and helpful. Lines can sometimes be long, but always move fast.
