First time here and lots of flavor choices for wings. Would be great if they offered a taste sample of the sauces before you order. With 14 options, its hard to say what you are going to like. What is hot at one restraunt is mild at another. They could offer you to taste maybe 3 or 4 sauces before placing your order to see what you like. Our waitress was pleasent and quick with refills and extra napkins, etc. Right on top of things and deserved her tip. One point to the general public, this is a loud restraunt and not reccomended for kids under 5 or 6 that might have a meltdown over the noise. This is a place for adults to relax and have a great dinner, not a family restraunt.
The only thing good about this experience was our waitress, Isabella. She brought stickers and colored pencils out for our kids and was on point but the rest of the staff had a terrible attitude, even the manager!
Nobody cleaned tables, I got my food before my husband which was 10 minutes later. No toilet paper in the holder and what made me extra sick walk out of using the restroom and there was our waiter going out without washing her hands till she seen me ? I won't be back
After a totally messed up order Jacob did his best but was unable to help so asked for a manager and deshawn was RUDE and didn’t care at all about the failures happening under his management. He didn’t offer an apology or show any concern for the allergy issue his store caused under his supervision. Sad. Mistakes happen, it’s how you deal with them that matters. Wise up and be a better person and manager.
Visited Greensburg restaurant today March 16. Our meal was good, server was good but I ordered a buffalo chicken salad to go with grilled chicken and ranch dressing. The salad had crispy chicken and Bleu cheese. Not what I ordered. Disappointed!
Food was great, but won’t be back at this location,our waitress was nice. But the host wasn’t… not welcoming us, feeling like he just wants to turn us away. Unprofessional or Maybe a little racist , who knows…we are Asian American. Living around Murrysville for over 12yrs , first time feels this way. We will go the one in Monroeville for future.
Not big on franchise places but hubby and I stopped after Sam's club and well I quite enjoyed the food and atmosphere. PB whiskey mixed with white Russian was yummy. Pretzel bites were great appetizer. Will probably stop in next time we go shopping.
Just stopped in for a margarita at the bar while waiting on my daughter to finish up work. She gave me what I wanted so def satisfied. Last time I stopped, I had wings as well. Wings def good, but margarita def not what I thought I was getting as the tequila gave me a headache. Figured I'd sit at bar this time and got exactly what I asked for.
Same place different location. Not the best but if you want wings and beer well...... they serve it and usually pretty good service always good selection of beer.
My wife and I had Dee Dee as our server. We absolutely loved her from the minute she introduced herself. We will return and ask for her every time!
