Arby's is one of my favorites for fast food. I have always had a good experience at this location. The good is always great and the staff is friendly. Service is always top notch.
Always have nice staff. If an order is wrong they are polite and fix the error.
Floor dirty tables not wiped ! Dinning area a mess! Dollar shake not like picture only half size no whip cream . Little meat on sandwich and COLD no cucumber sauce ! None and I asked for extra ! No sauces out you had to ask for ketchup! ! Use to be a really good Arby's! But no more!
Attacked by manager after questioning where my order wasn't finished. District manager unresponsive also.
Just had the worst chicken sandwich of my life. The chicken was the most awful hard rubbery non palatable substance I’ve experienced. How folks not lining up with this crap demanding a refund? I would but I only have a 30 minute lunch break. Wasted my time and money!
Open your dining rooms! What is the issue? Restaurants are all open to full capacity, but yet you can’t open your little dining area? No dine in no business! I’ll go elsewhere!
I just tried Arby's new boneless chicken bites... OMG THEY'RE FABULOUS! I got the HOT HONEY flavor & finished them B4 I got home! I almost turned around to go back & get more...You've got to give it to Arby's, they took a so-so beef sandwich place & systematically turned it into a "choices galore" drive thru destination...THEY'VE GOT THE MEAT!
Didn't get to order anything due to hours not being as posted on here. Worst part is the business itself last updated them to say closed at 11 3 days ago instead of 10 which is the true closing time. I went ahead and sent an update to the hours.
Love it! Only get to eat Arby's roast beef sandwiches once a year
Ordered a Roast Turkey Ranch and Bacon sandwich at drive through, let me tell you that there was absolutely NO Bacon on it!!! There was hardly any turkey on it, I have seen more turkey meat on a throughly pick over turkey bones from a family Thanksgiving meal!!!! Very disappointed in the sandwich, I was giving Arby's another chance at redemption, but I think I am done going to this Arby's by Walmart in Greensburg, PA!!!! Oh yeah, a one star was too generous for what I was given to eat from them!!!
