Had dinner with friends on a Saturday evening here. They have a nice bar and dining area with ample seating types (booths, chairs & stools, hybrid of both). Multiple TVs can be seen from any table and showed a variety of different sports. We had delightful service and tasty food. I must eat Gluten Free and items are clearly marked on menu except no dedicated fryer so I avoided those options. Overall a great restaurant and I'll definitely be back!
So I came in on Friday night around 10:00pm and was seated right away. After about 10 minutes of nobody even acknowledging us or assuring us that someone should be right with us, one of the servers yells to the hostess and is pointing at us and asks if anyone had greeted us yet. The hostess responds with "I don't know" and they both just walk away and still after that another 10 minutes passes and not a single server acknowledges us. Keep in mind servers kept walking past us and it was not even busy at all. I am usually very understanding as I have worked as a server myself but this is just inexcusable. So after 20 minutes of waiting, we decided to leave, without saying anything or complaining. As we walk out, the hostess proceeds to walk over to our table right away, and grab our menus with attitude as if we did something wrong?? ... I mean even as a hostess, she was just standing there watching this all happen and didn't offer to get us waters or grab a waitress, nothing. I just found this extremely rude and just felt very unwelcome and don't plan to return. Now I understand why this place is never busy. I've had a few bad experiences here, but nothing to this extent that made me never want to come back. Do better Applebees.. nobody deserves this kind of treatment and you should look into finding kinder people to work for your company.
It's good.... They could improve their service.? bee's as a whole could improve on food quality but you can't really blame the location on that.
We are normally fans but our takeout order today was disappointing. I almost always order the grilled oriental chicken wrap. Today it was missing many ingredients. Only basically had grilled chicken and romaine lettuce. My son had some kind of breaded shrimp which he said were rubbery. Maybe just a bad day.
I went there with a friend. It was not that busy so remember my review might be different then someone who went on a busy day.Were seated right away. The server was super nice and smiled when at table. She checked up on us alot. The food arrived at a timely manner. Was very good food. The chefs did a great job presenting on the plate. The food was fair priced.
Great food.Great service..busy place..had loaded nachos and Chicken parmesan bruchetta penne.My daughter and I split a blue shark blended drink that was very yummy as well!! Applebee's is usually always a good stop. ??
Very tasty food!! The food is always cooked very nicely and served well. The employees are always very kind (in my experience) and make sure the food is to your liking and dont leave you hanging. Very casual relaxed place to chill!!
Second time visiting this particular location. Love it. The workers and Manager are so awesome, service great, super clean and very friendly. I recommend this location. It is so unique.
Food was fantastic but the waitressses suck. To busy talking to one an other to care for there patrions.
Love their happy hour meals!! My friend Denise takes me there for the French onion soup!! I also get for a appoatizer chicken quesadillas!! Very good food!!
