Great Food but they need to advertise they use peanut oil for those allergic

Stopped in with my husband to get a mushroom cheesesteak hoagie...was fantastic! I'm bit picky and that bun was amazing ❤❤❤❤❤

I placed an order for lunch after fifteen minutes trying to get through. When the guy told me the total I knew he was missing something. But he hung up on me before I could even say anything. I got back through after another five minutes he hung up on me again. After that they took the phones off the hook. When my driver picked it up he showed them our order and asked if everything was in the bag. They told him yes. When he got back. Half the sandwiches were missing. There were no fries and the pizza was completely raw in the middle. This used to be a family favorite for takeout. They've really gone down hill over the last year. We will not be ordering there again.

ORDERED A GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD WITH ONLY CHICKEN AND CHEESE......THEY BROUGHT ME CHICKEN STRIPS W CHEESE.....WITH NO LETTUCE....OWNERS RESPONSE.. YOU SAID ONLY WANTED CHICKEN AND CHEESE...YOU DIDNT SAY YOU WANTED THE LETTUCE... IN YOUR SALAD HAHAH. MY BAD BRO... MY BAD

I ordered delivery online. 2.5 hours later no delivery. I called the restaurant and told them it’s been 2.5 hours and my food is nowhere to be found. The man said he would check with his driver and he would call me back. 5 minutes later a female worker calls me back and tells me “The driver put the food on your porch.” I said “No he DID NOT. I have a ring doorbell and the last person recorded on it was me taking my dogs out 2 hours ago.” She then has the AUDACITY to tell me “you should contact your neighbors or look around on their porches. He may have delivered it to the wrong house.” Uuuummmm…. I told her “It’s 30 degrees outside and it’s not my job to walk around or call my neighbors looking for my order that you guys delivered to the wrong house.” “Well I can have the driver come back and look for it and bring it to you.” I got annoyed and yelled “WHY WOULD I WANT MY ORDER NOW THATS BEEN SITTING IN THE COLD FOR AT LEAST 1.5 HOURS!? Are you serious?” Her response was “Sir I don’t know what you want us to do…” Seriously the most incompetent and terrible service I’ve ever had anywhere in my life. I told her “I either want my food remade and delivered again and a discount off of my bill, or a full reimbursement.” She responded “We will reimburse the full amount to your card.” To which I said “ok” and I hung up. And here we are two days later and they did NOT reimburse my card. Pathetic customer service and thiefs at that. Will NEVER order from there again.

How dare you tell me what I can write, especially after telling me to walk around my neighborhood and look for my food that you guys can’t deliver properly

Excellent food, some of the best in town. Not only that but everyone I've dealt with there has been well above and beyond nice. I know what it's like to work in the restaurant industry, and they keep it together better than most. A great local place that deserves more love!

They have the Best steak and cheese sub. I always add a side of fries to mine ?

Placed an order and on pick up they tried to up charge me an extra $8 on an order of wings, $1 on onion rings, $2 on another item!!!!! Have been ordering from them a 5-6 times a month. Never again!!!! Keep your food and your greed.Lots of other places to order in Greensburg with much better food and customer service. I won’t pay your mortgage on one order!
