I always enjoyed eating here but yesterday I went in and it went down hill fast. The waitress I had was amazing but the rest of the staff less desirable. The bar tender made a long Island ice tea that taste like lemonade. I personally do not lemonade and that drink should not have lemons or anything lemonade tasting in it. It was suppose to have coke in it but it did not have a dark tint at all. It was gross. The burger was burnt on the outside and bloody on the inside. Sad to see such a great place fall short.
What can I say....... it's Fridays. Google asked me how this place was and I drew a blank. It's Fridays. What can I say that you don't already know. If you've never been to a Fridays then yes you need to go. You can go to this one sure or you can go to any other in the U.S. They are all the same.... It's Fridays! So don't expect anything out of the ordinary at this location. This place is great because all Fridays are great. Great food and great drinks. So yes I would recommend going here if your in the mood for Fridays because after all this place is a Fridays.P.S. I apologize for how many times the word Fridays was used in this review about Fridays. But after all what could I possibly say about Fridays that you don't know about Fridays? It's Fridays!
Good food, but they have changed their potato skins - they were a bit crispier and not so much potato - they were much better years ago. Service was a little slow but our waitress was having a rough night as one of her tables walked out without paying. Restaurant was clean.
We came around 5 o’clock on a Saturday, we waited about 40 minutes to be sat. I’m assuming this was due to lack of staffing rather than seating as we only saw two servers in the building during our wait. I believe our server’s name was Chasity or Cassidy, and she was wonderful. Despite how tired she likely was, our apps and mains were timed perfectly! I got the sizzling chicken and cheese, There was an issue with my entree and Chasity got it fixed within minutes and everything tasted wonderful. We frequent this location often and every server we’ve had is efficient and friendly. Thank you for the continued great service in this hard time for restaurants!
So we arrived and were seated, as usual. We saw 3 sets of families come in and get served before us. Waited around 45 minutes until I finally got up and said something so that they could get a server to us. The drinks were good but the ribs my wife and I ordered were a bit off. Ill have to think twice about coming back...
Stopped in for a few drinks with friends and family. Loved the bartenders! Very friendly. Great atmosphere. Phenomenal spinach and artichoke dip with chips! The Double Berry Mohitos, Alabama Slamer, and the Orange crush drinks were delicious! Always a nice time at this TGIF!
If you order food to be delivered why is there not a check to make sure all of your order is in the bag? When you are called and told that the order received is missing item, why can you not make your mistake right? Very poor customer service and obviously no one is double checking to see if all items are in the bag. Gave 3 stars because what we did received was good. Just very disappointed ?
A bit frustrating after being seated. We didn't see our server until after we had been waiting 10+ minutes. Got an excuse that when we were seated they had let the server in our section go...and it wasn't until the busser checked in on us that we actually got any service. Aside from that, once out server was there, she was friendly and responsive. Food came out quickly and was on par for a TGI Friday's.I guess I expect better communication from host-to-server so that tables aren't waiting too long. Especially at 2p on a Saturday, not even close to being busy.
The Dragon Salmon has a delicious mango salsa, broccoli is fresh and tasty.
I won't waste time... My almost $20 food wasn't edible. I ordered the two grilled BBQ chicken dinner with rice and a salad. The chicken was so overcooked I couldn't even cut it. And I got mashed potatoes (which I don't eat/like) instead of rice. The salad was the only thing I was able to eat. And the recipe says rice so why the cook didn't read it and follow instructions is beyond me. Or whomever packaged the order... Don't they check to make sure it's right?My guy had the cheese steak egg rolls with fries and his food was a bit over cooked to but he was still able to eat it. I, however, wasn't that lucky. What a waste of money and now we're about to go get food somewhere else because we've starving.
