Food was freezing cold. Very disappointing. Kids who eat anything wouldn't even eat them.
WORST Taco Bell EVER! The place is dirty, the employee staff are lazy and slow, and the food sucks. My food was cold and tasted stale. My dine-in experience here sucked. I will NEVER return!
Witnessed customers, namely a rude DoorDasher, harass a minor clearly on the spectrum and make this kid cry. This is completely disgusting and that DoorDasher should not be allowed into the establishment anymore or any more then like it with behavior like that. Majority of places like this are filled with underage staff just trying to learn and make their way and regardless of if they mess up or you don’t like them it’s important to remember that they’re all human beings too, and all humans make mistakes. If you’re that unhappy with service to the point to have to make a child with special needs cry take it out on someone else (they make rage rooms) and also that person taking your order or cash in you out is not usually responsible for a mistake, they’re not the ones making the food 9 times out of 10. Regardless though you should never come into an establishment and behave that way, do better! And my apologies on behalf of that DoorDasher to the kid handing the situation.
Absolutely love this location every time I go in there the staff is so friendly even when they’re under a lot of stress and always willing to fix mistakes! Just remember to be kind because you never know what staff is going through and you’ll get the best results!
I ordered off the kiosk in store and some error happened. My credit card got charged and they refused to fulfill the order because they couldn't find the order. I contacted corporate and stated since the charge was pending they can't refund me. I asked to talk to the District Manager and have not received a call back. Won't eat here again, staff was rude and implied we were trying to steal. Even though I provided proof of purchase.
Really fast service and they paid attention to my order. One item has no sour cream and they asked to make sure the others were meant to have it. Very clean looking too. Love that they have mints for after as well.
Did online pick up tonight and I understand it loomed like the where short staff but i stood for 20 minutes for my food and my burrito had no meat in lots of sour cream and cheese and jalapeños sauce and they also forgot the nacho frys
Spent $40 and they only got 2 tacos right. Every time we go always end up getting something wrong.
I don't think that they like special orders here, although special orders are pretty much TB's whole thing. I have a very restricted diet, and my hubby and I love going to TB, because of the customization, we can both get something together. Several times I have ordered burritos without milk products and other modifications, and for some unknown reason, it seems like they just throw in whatever is available. Stuff I didn't even know that TB offered like red corn chips (I can't digest corn) a very spicy pink sauce, (I don't know what it is, but it's gross). It renders it completely inedible, and very disappointing. The worst part is that they are added in clumps, so it's a mouthful of these ingredients, and nothing else. I wouldn't say anything, if this was one time, but it has been 3 times now, and it is starting to feel retaliatory. I am sorry that I have a very restricted diet, but that is no reason to just create something gross so I stop ordering.
This is the best taco bell I've ever been to. They even labeled all the wrappers so we knew whose was whose! So fast in the drive thru. We usually go to Carlisle. But last time we went to Carlisle it was junk. We will definitely be going to this location from now on.
