As I am from the west coast where Starbucks originated it was so refreshing to come and enjoy the same great service and friendliness as well as product I get at home! Thank you!
I got a pink drink from this location and the coconut milk was curdled by the time I left. I tried mixing it and tried it but I was not good. I even got a trenta because I never had a problem with it before but now that was a waste of my money.
Every-time I order the same thing. The staff is friendly, but every-time I receive my order my drink always tastes different sometimes really good and sometimes just like water slush.
Great customer service! I lost my credit card, they found it and saved it for me in their safe until I was able to pick it up I highly recommend ? plus their coffee and pastries are hot, fresh, and delicious!
Cannot remember her name, but a blonde barista helped me find my new favorite drink! I asked for something Peach and she was quick to tell me about a drink she makes that has my other favorite thing in it, dragonfruit juice. She was worried I wouldn’t like it and had me try it before I left, just in case I wanted something different. It tasted phenomenal. I love when the baristas are real and recommend new things to me :) I’m attaching a picture, the color looks very strange and would almost make you think I’m just drinking watery milk, but this drink is very flavorful!
I just came in there, placed my order, waited the long wait there was, only for them to allow an older gentleman who was sneezing nonetheless- to pick up my cup, finger a straw and put said straw in my coffee and pick it up until finally she said sir that’s for the girl in front of you and then she proceeded to try handing me my coffee. I disgustedly asked for a new one and had to wait another 5 minutes. Gross.
Went in for a caramel apple spice and a few other drinks... but they were out of the caramel apple spice ?, the service was prompt and the employees present were helpful and nice! We were in and out rather quick
It is too busy and stuff not able to serve enough. You should expect very long wait in line. And you are lucky if they didn’t mixed the orders..
The baristas who work here are absolutely phenomenal! Every single time I go here I’m impressed with the service - I know they can’t have an easy job, especially now with how staffing is everywhere, but I appreciate them and they always make my day a little better!
Excellent service and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the muffins, scones, cookies and pastries were practically sold out by 3 pm. Also, the restroom door and even toilet flush lever are too heavy/difficult for a senior citizen (my mom) to operate.
