Got queso & chips… Chips were stale as hell. Side salad was lame. However, I didn’t complain, cuz that’s not me. Not the servers fault, he was very nice.

I understand that short staffing is a big issue, but the staff you do have needs to be trained in customer service. We arrived, no one was at the hostess stand. A woman running the bar saw us but did not greet us, did not tell us anyone would be with us shortly. Four minutes later of us standing there a gentleman comes up and in greeting just says "two?". No welcome to ruby Tuesday's, no apology for the wait. He seats us, says server will be there shortly and leaves. Another two minutes and no one has come to take our drink order. We leave and go to Perkins down the road, and are greeted and seated immediately.

The food was awful. There was a white creamy substance in my side salad. The cheese looked like it had been sitting in water and chewed up. We did come in close to close so we only ordered water and a few quick items. We were out fourteen minutes after close. Our waitress left 7 minutes before us. The other staff would not acknowledge us.

It was meh. Food was lukewarm, really bland, and basic. I came for the salad bar and was surprised to find that it wasn't refreshed AT ALL (note: it was near the start of dinnertime (4:45ish) I was literally scraping at the bottom of the bowls to make my salad. My server was the redeeming factor. He was awesome & very attentive to our table and went out of his way to accommodate our requests.

Went to dinner last night ordered an appetizer mozzarella sticks no cheese in them just a shell ridiculous. Waited 45 minutes for a bowl of soup and the appetizer. Server never ask if everything was ok or if we wanted anymore to drink. We will NEVER go back there.

The food was delicious. I got the barbecue chicken salad. Thought the portion was a little small. I'm not a big eater but I ate the whole salad

Ultimate Crispy Chicken Sandwich w/ff.While not even close to the picture, the sandwich wasn't bad. Totally missed the taste of the honey garlic glaze and honey mustard sauce but instead had the flavor of a BBQ which gave it a nice bit. French fries looked over done but turned out surprisingly amazing. The salad bar was fresh and had a decent variety, yet not fir the 12.49 price tag.Over all the meal was very good.

Went to eat with my Husband. The waiter gave us our drinks and one of them had stuff inside the cup. We ordered our food and the waiter didn’t ask me what I wanted for my two sides. Gave my Husband his order and gave him a small portion of salad and the chicken was hard. I had black stuff in my rice. My Husband and I are probably never going to eat here again!!!

Food was solid for Ruby Tuesday's. Ordered takeout for multiple people. Parmesan pasta, texas rub ribs, bbq sirloin steak, plain wings, mozzarella wings, and rib eye steak. Most of the food was as expected and seasoned well, except the rib eye which seemed to be missing the salt. Sat at the bar while waiting for food. The bartender was very nice with good service, even though I came in 15 mins before closing. Ordered a Moscow Mule while I waited. It wasn't normal to their menu, only a raspberry mule was, but the bartender made it anyway. It wasn't the best I've had, but ok during my wait.

Was in town for business. Ruby Tuesday’s was across the street from my hotel so thought I would give it a shot. Great place to watch the game and enjoy an appetizer. Food to go away was excellent as well. Hands down top not service from the bartender. He was very busy but made the night a good experience. Customers next to me also very happy with his service.
