The service was slow and the forgot our drink order. When we asked they said they didn’t have any orders for that - until we showed them the receipt. Took over 1/2 hour to 3 sandwiches to to made and it was a slow day.
Very, very slow service. Waited over an hour for two breakfast sandwiches.
Brought my iced coffee out to my table, but the 1/2 & 1/2 is self serve so I had to walk back in to add it. Breakfast sandwich was ok, they burned my bagel, and not just a little. It’s easy enough to scrape burned bits or make a new one…
Not impressed with their attitude! Would order from almost any other coffee place.

We stumbled upon this gem while staying just outside of Gettysburg. The coffee ranks up there with the best I have ever had and their menu was perfect for light and healthy alternatives to your typical bake shop. The staff was incredibly upbeat and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back each time we visit Gettysburg.
My wife and I had our first date at this wonderful coffee shop. We go as often as we can. We enjoy the comfort and relaxing vibes the place has to offer. Great sandwiches and deserts as well! Wonderful drinks! A very special place to us for sure.
Great service! Peaceful atmosphere. Loved their salad and the coconut iced latte was perfect!! They even have books
We moved from York, PA to Pittsburgh, PA and were missing their coffee so bad. We ordered it and had it shipped and it was as amazing as when we bought it in the store. I recommend The Ragged a edge Coffee House to everyone!
