My experience here was great! I went around 5:45 and the service was fast and spectacular. The gift shop was clean, non-cluttered and smelled delightful. I highly recommend coming here for high quality ice cream. They serve both soft serve and other flavors.
Ice cream was awesome! Their pints are overstuffed and tasted great! The whole family loved it. Plus, the service was quick and everyone was super friendly. Will be going back!

Mr G’s ice cream is homemade, very tasty, and reasonably priced. They have a ring toss game that is challenging for the kids and adults alike. On a hot summer day in Gettysburg, be prepared to stand in line as this is a popular place, but the wait will be worth it.
We visited Mr G’s this week and had the most delicious ice cream. We will definitely pop back there today, as we leave Gettysburg tomorrow. The gift shop also is well stocked with some fun things. Thank you to Marc & Megan and their team for great service & delish ice cream
The hard ice cream here is great, you can definitely tell it’s homemade. I didn’t get a chance to try the soft flavors, but I got to try Ghost Tracks and Thin Mint. I enjoyed both. The service was quick and the servers were pleasant. The little gift shop is also great with many unique gifts like ice cream scented soy candles, jars of honey, home decor, sweatshirts and t-shirts, and other Gettysburg themed gifts.
I ordered 1 scoop of mint chocolate chip in a waffle cone. The one scoop overfilled the cone. It was $4.00 but worth every penny.
Good Ice cream, tasty waffle cone. The service was fast. I was sad they didn't have root beer flavor today. Worth the trip, park at the school.
Stopped here on recommendations of friends and glad we did! Delicious homemade ice cream - had the Peppermint chip in a waffle cone and it was the best!!
