The employees are hardworking and polite. My objection is to the owner management that takes advantage of the young and old alike by paying substandard wages. Until this particular franchisee improves wages I am boycotting all this franchisees restaurants. This is a profit machine. There is no excuse for this kind of exploitation.
I have had two terrible experiences now at this one and they were back to back. The first one was I was trying to order and my kid was taking a bit to decide and I heard the lady say just pick something and order already. Very rude service. Then the next time there was no menu showing just what the last persons order. I told her I couldn’t see the menu and she said I can’t control the menu and when I asked how am I supposed to order she got nasty and said I don’t know I can’t help you. Needless to say they lost my business. Nobody wants to go to work but you don’t take it out on your customers.
I went on a trip and ordered a quarter ponder with cheese, a 4 pieces nugget and a drink they took 40 minutes to get my food after completely forgetting about it so my school had to wait for me and after i told them they forgot about me they forgot my nuggets, so dont go to this MC Donalds because they are so rude and gross and the workers are getto and look like they rolled out the street very disheartening coming from a mc Donald's lover.
Visiting here from Indiana. Went inside to order. I went to counter to order. I was told I MUST order at kiosk. He refused to take my order.
Much like the soldiers who fought at Gettysburg staving, do not be looking for a meal from this place unless you are in a car. No signs up but you cant go inside or order on foot which is ridiculous for a restaurant directly beside Americas most famous battlefield that has 20+ miles of walking trails. Ironically, the McD is actually built on ground which was fought over for all 3 days of fighting. I recommend Pickets Buffet a few building down
Large hair in my sweet tea, management did not seem to care very much.
It took 1 hour to get food! They should open dining!!!
Definitely covid-19 effected. Dining room closed. Drive through only. Cashier needs more training. Overall average. Fries were not fresh.
First time coming there never again. I ordered a number 1 large with no pickles and extra onion and a large sweet tea. I got a large coke a small fry and on my sandwich extra pickle no onion. It wasn't even busy. Come on its not rocket science
Stopped for a quick snack while visiting the battlefield. We got fries and drink and later some coffee. Clean and above average McDonalds.
