Wow this was a bad experience today! So I really didn’t want to go here but everywhere was packed and I was starving figuring McDonald’s wouldn’t be the better option. But I was wrong! So here’s the list of everything that went wrong today at KFC.1 I had to wait a long time for the order and no one was even in the drive thru or restaurant. They had too many employees actually.2 The employee spilled the soda on me because she put a broken lid on the soda. Sure she apologized, but didn’t get me a fixed lid and it spilled on me further.3 They forget all of the sauces. And let’s be honest this chicken is pretty dry. Forgetting the sauces caused me to turn around.Now I wish I would have waited the hour for a table at a much better establishment. I know it’s KFC but even at fast food standards this was bad!!!
These KFC's in Pennsylvania are the worst. The Chicken is nasty, the drinks taste horrible like the machine needs to be cleaned. I've ate at KFC's in NYC my whole life, and the chicken always taste the same no matter where I got it from. But the KFC in Gettysburg, the chicken is discolored and it's seasoned horribly. The KFC in Mechanicsburg is bad and the KFC in Shippensburg is awful. What's going on? Where's the regional managers at to do inspections?
I ordered a McNugget with a frosty mint sprite. When I got my food I realized that I was at a kfc (in a stranger accent). When I got my food I found that the chicken was replaced with rats. I checked the cameras and it looks like the rats were going swimning.?’!!!!?!!?!!!!!!!! I know that’s what I’m saying whoever you order kfc do not get the friend rats pls. Thank you for the shoe business and I got Walmart shoes thank you for your birthday sprite kfc.
Worst dryer out food I’ve ever had I almost choked to death that’s how dry the chicken tenders are this place sucks and always will suck I’ll never return ever again for life
This has to be the worst KFC I had ever been too!! Do not eat the chicken here, if you look all the way to the back of the store from the front counter you can see the cooks flowering the chicken, you would think no problem there right NOPE WRONG! I don't know if the cook was new because it looked like the manager was back there with him helping him cook, all I know is that the cook and the manager James were touching the chicken with their BARE HANDS, in alot of fast food restaurants especially KFC you need to wear gloves when preparing raw food to be cooked, but I watch the whole time as the chicken was being made and was put in the fryer. Honestly do you really expect people to eat food you made with your bare with how stuff has been recently, I swear they could make alot of people sick with how they cook their food!!!!The only good thing about this KFC is that the staff are kind of nice "Even though I got abit of an attitude from the staff", and the lobby seems to be presentable and isn't too messy but you have to check what table you want to sit because only a few of the tables were actually clean.
The worst experience at any fast food restaurant ever. I ordered a 8pcs meal which was 23.49 ouch it was to come with a large mash and gravy and mack and cheese and Biscuits. Please look at photos. Potatoes bearly half full. 2 of the 4 pieces eaten last night were raw in the middle.. I ended up throwing the rest of the chicken away. The second item ordered was a 5 piece chicken tender meal. The drive thru person suggested the 6 tender a la carte because wife did not really need the slides. The a la cart turned out to be 11.99 more then the tender meal deal. When she sits down to eat them they turn out to be tiny like nugget tiny. You spend 37.61 on a meal an are totally disappointed. I will never stop in that chain again anywhere anytime.
The chicken looked like someone had already eaten some of it. The 2 biscuits they had left were hard as a rock. The 2 cookies he threw in because of the lack of biscuits were not what I’d call cookies. All this came to $40. I’ll never ever buy KFC again. Huge waste of money on food that should’ve been tossed out.
Absolutely abysmal service.I found out that they missed a bucket of chicken in a large online order. We got quite a few things for a family get together and received everything BUT the chicken. Things happen, so I tried to call twice. No one picks up. They have a sign saying they are short staffed. Ok, things happen. I went to the store where "Brenda" tells me that we absolutely received this bucket of chicken. She refused to do anything. Amex will take care of this, but its ridiculous that they can't fulfill the order, check cameras, and basically level false accusations. The rest of the order was glued shut. I'll check next time, but it won't ever be here.
This is a five star restaurant. You can taste the difference in quality preparation. I haven't had KFC this good in years. We even stopped and bought a bucket to take on the ride back to New York.
Everytime I go to KFC, I get disappointed. Ultra greasy mess.
