Large menu with great choices. Ella's was our waitress and she was delightful and full of charm. Foot was good portions and everything was delicious.
My wife and I were staying at a nearby hotel. When we find a place to eat that we like, we go back there. We were here four times! Lunch and dinner on Thursday, same on Friday. The only reason we did not go here for breakfast is that it was provided at the hotel. Everything we had was very good.
Nice local place for breakfast. Ordered oatmeal with brown sugar and milk. Also came with toast and coffee. Choice of toast or English muffin. Coffee excellent. The place was busy but no wait for a table. Very friendly wait staff and food was promptly served. A little drive as out near Walmart but worth it. The desserts up front looked great but were not ordered as there for breakfast
The soup was delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant. Lots of variety and very relaxed atmosphere. I didn't have room for dessert but everyone around me seemed to be enjoying theirs.
Great local place for some home-cooked and American fare. Very popular with locals, and it felt like everyone knew each other by name. Their menu is diverse with plenty of options, and all our food was good, but not earth-shattering. The Reuben in particular was great, as was the delicious peanut butter pie. Definitely recommend saving some some room for dessert from the cake and pie case!
Not huge but bigger on the inside than it looks. The menu is huge! The prices are fantastic and the food is amazing. I got a ribeye cooked rare. Perfect. The server was on top of everything and very friendly. We love going to the gateway theater and I can say, this restaurant will be seeing my family and me every time we go to the movies. Best restaurant in the immediate area for sure!
So happy Covid over..to vista our old friend. Food was homemade good and super fresh. Busy but pleasant experience...Waitress's always on the ball...see you again real soon..for REAL food.
Great food. Fast friendly service. I think my waiter's name was Ben. He was great. Even though they were very busy, he made his job look easy.
I really wanted to like this place after seeing the reviews but was not impressed. Our waitress barely said anything to us while we were there. My brother ordered Grilled Cheese and Fries..he got grilled cheese and a bag of potato chips. I ordered chicken strips and my chicken was rubbery..upon further examination, my chicken was processed chicken breast..not just chicken breast. Cole slaw was soupy. Fries were OK. Maybe we caught the waitress on a bad day..Never asked if everything was OK, if we needed drink refills, etc. Not sure if we would go back, probably not.
This was a restaurant that was suggested by a friend. So glad she recommended it!! Seemed like mostly locals there which shows how good the food is. Service was great and you couldn’t have asked for better food at a cheap price. Servings were also a great size for the price you’re paying. Definitely going back.
