Bailey was our waitress… excellent with our group of 4 adults, 5 kids. All the orders and desserts were correctly prepared and tasted delicious.
Normally friendly’s is great but this time i was not very happy with my food. I asked for chocolate chip ice cream over the phone with my order the girl repeated it back to me and said chocolate chip. I picked up my order and the girl repeated everything and said chocolate chip when I payed. I ate the rest of my food then went to eat my ice cream and it was just regular chocolate. Now i payed for 4 scoops of chocolate when I wanted chocolate chip. I tried to call and get it straighted out but no one answered. When I picked up my order it wasn’t busy today.
Need to hire more staff. Need bus boys and bus cart. Very, very slow service. Half tables were covered with dirty dishes. Took us 2 hours to have lunch today. When we came in there was no toilet paper
Food and ice cream are great. The service is a little slower than normal. My first experience was not so great, employees smoke cigarettes without washing hands before returning to work. Certain staff members don't make you feel welcome but there's staff members here that work really hard to the point where you can see them really stressed.
Friendly's was always a family favorite for me. There is something about the Honey Bbq Super melt that keeps me coming back. However, lately I have been really disappointed. The food is very much so over priced. For example, this is what $13.43 worth of "loaded" waffle fries looks like. Pathetic really, especially when I paid extra for extra cheese.... The Honey BBQ Chicken Supermelt did not have any bacon on it, the tenders weren't coated in honey BBQ and there was no ranch on the melt! The Supermelt cost me $14.19.When I arrived to pick my order up, I counted at least 5 employees, and the restaurant was basically empty as far as customers go. There was no excuse for food to be sent out the door looking like this.Needless to say, I won't be returning for lunch anymore.EDIT: I left the same feedback on the website the day this happened (provided by the owner on every negative review). We will see if I receive a proper response (so far it's been 3 days with no response, I highly doubt I will get one).
Friendly's was my family's official road trip restaurant when I was growing up so it was great to stop in with my own kids for nostalgia sake alone. The food was good and the server was so nice. They seemed a little unorganized (possibly understaffed?) as it took about 10 minutes for us to be seated and they weren't very busy. Then it took a long while for food and desserts to come out. We were there about 2 hours when all we got were a few burgers and ice cream. We spent a lot of our time waiting.I'd come back again though! I hope we just caught them on an off night. It happens. We'll be back.
Server was good but time waiting horrible the cook is so loud were out of alot items. Just because she had 6 tickets they made people wait 25 mins to be seated place wasn't even full. Someone needs call inspector bathrooms were gross urine running on men's floor. Customers should not see or hear cook. Won't eat Herr again
Very slow service. But the food was surprisingly good.Just one complaint. Please learn to make a chocolate milkshake. You don't use chocolate ice cream. Vanilla ice cream with milk and chocolate syrup is the proper way.
The food was not good. For a group of only 4 we each got one meal and it costed over $100 not including the tip. The food itself was atrocious. I got this “Aloha bowl” and it was not good. It was dry, the chicken tasted expired, and it was cold. The ice cream was good however the main course could have been better.
Arrived at 9:32 pm, only to be told the dining room closes at 9:30 pm, yet the sign on the door indicates they are open until 10:00 pm. No mention of dining room hours. Everyone was busy cleaning and preparing to close, so while we could have gotten ice cream to go, we chose to spend our money elsewhere. It's too bad because Friendly's locations are disappearing and with experiences like this, I can see why.
