Always a good experience here. Sometimes the line is really long so that has to tell you that it must be pretty good all those people wouldn't keep going there. The people have been knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and congenial. The prices are average the food is delicious and always fresh. Parking is closed and it's handicap accessible.
Absolutely horrible service! It’s the norm to wait 30 minutes for your order, and that’s with only a few cars in the drive thru line. I know it’s hard to hire people right now, but I don’t think that’s the problem, my simple coffee order has been incorrect many times, so they end up having to remake it. The “manager” older short blond woman always has an attitude. One morning I mentioned that I had been in line for 25 minutes for one coffee, her reply was, “do you know anyone that’s looking for a job? She handed me the coffee and closed the window. This place has gone way down hill in the last year, looking at the reviews, I don’t know why they haven’t made any changes.
Happy now lobby is open!! They are always on point with my complicated orders, and 2 employees have remembered my order from going in the lobby!! They are great!
Every time I’ve been to this dunkin I regret it. The person taking my order always has attitude and is rude (I am very polite & say please & thank you). The one taking our money wasn’t friendly either and refused to help when my app wasn’t working for my free birthday drink.
Our experience here is pretty hit or miss. We often order using the app. Some times they miss part of our order or our drinks are not made well. Other times everything is perfect. We haven't figured out what the difference is yet.
Our group orders 6 different items. They somehow managed to get all 6 of them wrong. They were nice and did eventually get our order correct but need to have more attention to orders.
If I could give negative stars, I would. My daughter and I visited here the beginning of January. Not only did they not give us the full order the first time, they didn't get it right the second time either. I parked and went in to ask them for the item they forgot. When the kid begind the counter called to his coworker to add the item, she came up to the counter and asked, "what did I do now?" This must happen a lot by that comment. They have a bunch of kids working there and while I'm all for younger people working, there was no professionalism and they acted like it was a big joke.
You can only order from the drive thru if you don't have their app. First World Problem: they didn't get our order right. The correct order was on the receipt, but not in the bag. They had a full crew so good for them.
I stopped here for a simple coffee and donut the other morning and was screamed at by the women behind the window for no reason at all. I will never come to this particular Dunkin’ again. It was a terrible experience.
