They need to get older people there working with the young ones because you have all young ones and they are not doing there jobs I go mostly on Saturdays but think I'm not going back the girl at the counter dropped someone's ice-cream on the counter and picked it back up and told the guy here he said I want one that didn't fall on the counter , I left then not sure if he got a new one or not , one time I watched the boy in the back pick up a hamburger roll he dropped on the floor and reused it , it wasn't my order or I would have said no way , but now I watch all the time when they make my food and one kid goes out side all the time to meet friends and let's the people wait , the place is a hot mess the owner needs to wake up and clean that place up and get rid of those kids and get better help
Went in at 9:19 and they claimed they were closed and the signs said they were open until 10. Disappointing.
They have a new menu with new items. Staff pleasant and very helpful. Located close to National Cemetery, many of the museums, unique shops and several of the hotels, so you can park and walk.
They were closed but Google had not been updated. I’m pregnant and was craving a chicken basket, so I drove 30min from Hanover only to see all the lights were off at 6:30pm. Google said they were open but a sign I think said they would be closed for the next few days (I did not get out of my car, it was dark and cold out, to read the fine print). Please update the internet when your closed or if your the owner reading this open a store in Hanover, I wouldn’t be upset if it was a 5min drive. When the store is open, I’ve only had good experiences.The other DQ in Gettysburg does not offer food but I did go there and get ice cream.I just wanted a chicken basket. If you haven’t tried it before I highly recommend DQ food.

Got the chicken strip basket (with gravy). The food was delicious (though they did forget to include one extra gravy between the two orders). Service was great and the restaurant was clean.

Had a pumpkin pie blizzard, very good ?. It's DQ nuf said.
Came here with my family to get some food and some icecream. Its very relaxing to sit outside and enjoy some icecream while looking at the surrounding historical area. Very nice!
