Everything was great! I met a friend for lunch and to talk about insurance and had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t have wait for anyone to take my order, they were waiting on me. My food came out quickly and was awesome. I ordered the bacon whopper melt and I though it was very good. The only down fall, the burger patties could have been bigger. All things considered I will definitely go again.
first thing we ordered was a double cheeseburger, then my friend put his order in and i asked for the double cheeseburger to be plain. the guy says “we already made it, do you want them to make another one?” and i’m like yes please but he insists we pay for the second one even though we hadn’t finished ordering. at first we had no problem with that but the guy was just SO rude. eventually i ended up stating that we hadn’t finished ordering so i don’t understand why i’m being forced to pay for the second one, just asked a simple question. the guy goes “okay i’m refusing to serve you pull away” like ??? my mom has had MANY bad experiences with this burger king and has actually called corporate on the manager in the past. this manager is the rudest manager i have ever met and really just doesn’t care. replace him and maybe this place could be a little better.
Order was wrong. Had to wait. Even though there was no one ahead or behind us.Cashier was rude, when we asked for ketchup and zesty sauce.
I would like to share many experiences that I have had with a worker at burger king, actually I think she is an assistant manager. She has no personality and treats you like you are a big burden to her. No hi or thank you just a mean looking face. Maybe if she doesn’t like people or her job she should go elsewhere!
I don’t normally do bad reviews but Terrible service, I couldn’t believe how rude some of the staff was. Don’t waste your time and money at this store. What’s even worse is it wasn’t just me the person In front of me was also treated poorly. Unbelievable! I did a one star because zero wasn’t an option.
Server refused to listen to order and made all meals as small when my family ordered two large and a medium. All the drinks were Coke when only one was supposed to be. The server had a terrible attitude, absolutely the worst burger King experience in years. If I could rate lower I would.
We got the wrong things marked on the paper and gave out the wrong food to each other. They were rude and had horrible customer service, and never gave us our drinks.
Never had an issue here. Food always came out correct.
ONLINE ORDERING ISSUES:
What a poor service expirience! Traveling back from Hershey to Virginia, we decided to stop at this Burger King and get some Impossible Burgers and Fries for or change from our usual fresco Taco Bell and veggie subs from Subway.When we roll up and parked we noticed the Buy 1 Get 1 for a $1. I asked the counter person if they in fact did have a Buy 1 Get 1 for a $1 Impossible Whopper as advertised. I was advised that they did and placed my order. 2 Impossible Whoppers and 2 value fries. When I paid for the order and looked at my receipt, I saw that I was charged full price for 2 Impossible Whoppers. I asked the counter person about it and discovered that the counterperson was unable to answer my question so I asked to speak to someone that could answer my concern about the full price charges.When the service turned around with our order, I said "excuse me" and asked why I was charged full price. The person informed me that the special had been discontinued and removed from the system. I pointed to the Buy 1 Get 1 for a $1 prominently display in the window. I asked the person to provide me a full refund or honor the signage. She advised she could not do that. She then asked if I wanted 1 of the 2 bugers. I explained that I wanted both burgers and I wanted the second burger for a $1 or she could provide me a full refund.She opted to give me the full refund and throw away the entire order!I didn't intend to be difficult but there are laws prohibiting bait and switch advertising. Be prepared to be disappointed at this location.
