Somehow the dining room closes at 5. You know, prime dinner time. But they don't have signage up anywhere in person or online. So if you're inside eating like we were, you'll see people coming up to try to get in, looking at you eating through the windows... But unable to get in. Watched an elderly couple walk around the entire building thinking the door was just sticking.The good was good as usual for a Wendy's. But the dining room floor was so sticky my shoe literally almost came off. All the tables were filthy as well. I'm not saying don't come here... I am saying maybe come when they first open?
Grubhub drivers are also consumers and did not feel respected by gentleman. Inside store closed and I was practically in front of Drive-through window and was told to drive around. He could have just handed me the food or at least have been nice and respectful. When I picked up food not even a thank you.
I ordered on the app and went inside to pick it up. I was ignored for several minutes. I ordered a double stack with no onion and added mayo, lettuce and bacon (for an extra dollar). It had a very strong onion flavor, like they were on there and were taken off. There was no bacon and this was the lettuce.
Had the Single Cheese Burger. Typical fast food fare, but better than McDonald's.
I reached out twice about contaminated food I received from here, never received a response, so I’m going to post here, and include a picture of my food. I’m not sure if that is something that came from someone’s nose, or mold in the cheese, either way I’m very disappointed with the lack of concern, lack of response, and money wasted at the Lionville location on 12/27.
Food is complete and prepped, but staff just don't ask if you're there for a mobile order. I've waited 15 mins for food that was done before I even walked in because staff never called out for it.
They are always so friendly and nice. I wish I knew her name but the ladg that works on take out is a sweetheart
Atore supposedly close at 10 and when you go at 8:30pm all the lights are off and you can see employee cars in the parking lot
Had a great experience at Wendy's! Ordered 2 parm chicken salads, chicken nuggets with fries, & cheese fries with a sugar cookie which were so delicious! The parm cheese croutons my kids didn't like, but the salad was delicious. The fries weren't hot, but the experience was fabulous! The sugar cookie was very soft & delicious! I usually order the pub bacon fries with no bacon, but learned yesterday they have cheese fries which are cheaper than the pub fries & they were delicious although they weren't very hot. I certainly have learned something new about Wendy's & will be returning!
April waited on me at the window and she was amazing. Could not have been more pleasant and caring. She is truly an asset to your organization.
