So after ordering with the app I show up to the restaurant. I go inside and ask if I can pick my order up inside instead of the drive through and I am told no. Maybe I should have mentioned it was an online order, maybe a little communication on the restaurant would have helped. So after sitting in the drive through for 20-25 minutes I get to the speaker and am told to leave the drive though and go back to where I started inside. The mic was left on and I could here employees in the background repeating my name laughing. I go inside and ask if my order is ready and am told by a random employee that my name isn’t even on the screen and it may take a little depending on the time of my order. I tried to ask the person who was taking orders for the drive through to take a look at my order and another employee stopped him from talking to me and said focus on the drive through. After almost an hour I left. This is the worst experience I have ever had a fast food place and will never return. Also as an active member of the community I will make sure to share my experience with others. If I could give no stars I would.
Service is poor and it is ridiculously slow all of the time, even when very few cars are in line! They don't repeat orders back, doesn't show on the order screen, and they don't give receipts. I ordered today and food was missing and I don't actually know what I paid for because of the above reasons. Its also often a hassle because the line wraps around the building at any peak time.I always ask for fire sauce and am told "it's in the bag" only to find out i have about two fire sauces and a bunch of other sauces i don't want. They also wrap burritos terribly and put tacos upside down in the bag, falling out of the wrapper. However, food usually is hot and fresh and this is the only taco bell anywhere near me which is the only reason I go back.
Ordered a family pack of soft taco supremes. After I had gotten home (13 miles away) there was no sour cream on the tacos. Yet I was charged for supreme. Be ware!!! Check your order before leaving the premises!
Worst drive-through of any business ever. Min wait of 10 min for a simple order. I keep forgetting, thinking it has to get better, but over the last 5 years it just gets worse every time I try to eat here.
Workers attitudes aren't the best. Wait is the longest. The food I ordered was gross. The fries tasted way too over seasoned and the KFC sandwich I got was literally just chicken and bread ??♀️. Won't be back anytime soon.
Long drive-through that will use up your entire lunch hour and then some. Go inside instead and some ignorant staff member will tell you that inside is for online pick up only "or else, get back in the drive through line". The entire inside of the place is dirty and greasy and smells of grease (since there is also a KFC there). When I did eventually get my meal and was by then late getting back to work, my burritos were cold and had hard edges like they had been sitting for a while. I like some Taco Bell items but I definitely can't go back there. Also, the line is long and slow no matter when you go. Not just during peak times.
Here's the problem with this Taco Bell/KFC in West Chester PA. They won't let you inside to order so you wait up to 20 minutes or more IN LINE!!! For 'Fast Food'. By the time I got home my soft tacos were just THAT-SOFT. and mush!! I'll make my tacos at home. And Chick-fil-A is better ?
Waited in line at the drive through for 45 minutes just to be told they were out of everything they sell at Taco Bell. They usually always have a long line but the least they could do is put up a sign when they are out of everything on their menu so customers don’t wait in line for nothing.
It was good. Polite employees and fast service.
It was obviously very busy and even though they were understaffed the staff was still very positive and working hard. There was a wait but they handled it very well. And my order was accurate! Terry and Monet were handling the chaos and should be acknowledged for their hard work!
