i usually never do this but I had to speak on this because I feel like no one ever thinks about what someone else is going through. I recently moved out here from jersey and this is the only Starbucks my family had gone to since last July. Everyone is so nice and helpful ( even when they are busy with orders ). Today I was just grabbing drinks for my sisters and mom because we have recently returned home from seeing my grandmother for the last time. Starbucks is literally my sisters go to so I thought I could cheer her up today. My sister was the one to find my grandmother so it’s been an really bad day for her. For my order i pulled up to the drive thru and she was instantly nasty to me but she could be having an bad day so I just brushed it off. She then makes me repeat my orders twice ( I ordered 4 drinks ). She then gets nasty with me when I ask for a shot of raspberry and peach juice…. I go to the window and ask to reload my card before she scans she then literally just stares at me that’s when I get nasty because I’m not the one and today is not the day. She then proceeds to hand me 4 drinks without a Cup carrier… I ask for an cup carrier and she still pushes for me to grab the drinks ( with what space am I to hold 4 drinks in my car ). This is all going to say is just being a little kind can go a far way for someone. What I am saying today is that she should never be on the window again because she just has an nasty attitude and if she is nasty again she probably won’t get me as an customer who killed her with kindness.

I didn’t think there could be a Starbucks that disappointed me. I was at the 300 Lincoln Ave, Exton SB yesterday afternoon; and was so disgusted. The tone of voice of the woman who took my order, was patronizing. Which made me believe that she must be young. When she gave me my drink (Frappuccino), it was obvious that she was having trouble holding it. Why? Because, the outside of the cup was completely covered (like a greasy pole) in Frappuccino and whipped cream, which was not wiped clean before giving me the drink. Now I have the same sticky hands as she does, and of course, no napkins.

Everything about this place is anti good old coffee. I'd rather get my coffee at Wawa ☕

Great Starbucks. Can get very busy in the drive through

My drink is always made as I ordered. That’s my primary focus. Dunkin Donuts consistently messed up my orders so I stopped going- and both places can get huge drive-thru lines. Do yourself a favor and order ahead with the app, park next door, and *gasp* walk into the place to get your drink without the line.

The workers at this Starbucks are absolutely the friendliest, and even though I am trying to give up coffee, I keep going back. My favorite Starbucks hands down.

The staff at this location are awesome and the quality of beverages and food are high quality and consistent with the brand. This one star review is specific to the long lines at this location, particularly in the drive-thru, which ends up blocking the right lane on Lancaster Ave. Starbucks needs to figure this out. It was a problem before COVID and it is a bigger problem now. This location does not seem able to accommodate the long lines that form throughout the day, especially in the mornings and I hope this review brings corporate attention to this matter and it eventually gets resolved. I love my Flat Whites but I find myself seeking substitutes just to avoid dealing with this line.Again, the staff here are awesome and very friendly and I love my experience when the lines are decent. I hope they figure out the drive-thru situation soon.

They don't serve any dark roast coffee after 3pm. They offer you a pour over that comes out luke warm with a half pound of coffee grounds in it. Also when you ask them for a pour over the employee sighs. I'll settle for mall coffee from the pretzel stand.

The drinks are delicious and the baristas are friendly. My orders are always correct. They offer drive-thru, which can have a long line, therefore, parking is available in the back and a small lot in the front. Inside and outside seating is available. This location is located on the Chester Valley Trail, making it convenient to grab your drink during your walk.

The management needs to really do something about the drive through long line of cars(especially during weekend), line bleeds into 30 an creates a dangerous traffic situation. Either bump of the stuff or stop taking more than two orders on drive through.
