Ordered a drink with light ice and got a 3 sip drink. Ordered a plain bagel, bacon, egg and cheese bagel, and a everything bagel. Only got the plain and egg cheese bagel. They gave two plain bagel and cream cheese instead of butter. When we asked for an everything bagel they said they were out of them. There for an hour and left without all the food we ordered.
Always 5 stars.. I do think baristas should b allowed to have their nails done ?
Bad and it's getting even worst. Coffee is not the same. Takes so long. People around are such Karen's. Understand workers are trying their best but the quality of everything is getting lower than a drip of Biden ice cream...
Forgot everything I ordered. Had to keep bringing them back. The drive thru was empty just me. Brought my drink, forgot my daughter's. Had to sit and ask again for my cake pops. They only have me 2 of the 3 I ordered. Had to re ask for the third. Got huffed at. Yes I checked my receipt there was 3 ordered. Not happy
Coffee was horrible. We ordered 3 cake pops. They forgot the cake pops, then handed me 2. When I didn't leave I said I ordered 3. They gave it to me like I was in the wrong. I did check my receipt, there was a latte and 3 cake pops.
It's Starbucks... LOLThe coffee and food is overpriced but the staff and atmosphere are awesome!

This used to be a pretty good Starbucks but consistency is a problem now.
It was a national coffee day yesterday, 9/29/21 and this 111 Eagleview Blvd Exton PA 19341 location Starbucks management did not inform their employees that they had a free cup of coffee offering. They made me paid for it yesterday morning, 9/29/21 at 7:10 AM drive-through. The point here is that they have a very poor communication with their employees on the promotions.
