I loved the food and my company. We used outdoor seating which was plentiful, but kind of felt dirty. It was a Thursday evening a little before 8pm, and there were 9nly a handful of customers so we received our pizza and salad very quickly and bused our own table. We paid when we ordered so this was a very efficient meal. We stayed to talk as long as we wanted and left when we were ready with no delay waiting for the bill. Great food, decent prices and comfortable dining location.
This place has really gone down hill. We just walked out due to being ignored and we were the only people in line. In addition, we stood there and watched the now horrible quality of pizza they make. The dough was so thin you could see the rank underneath. The sauce was almost non existent and toppings yeah, hardly any. We went to MOD pizza up the road as a substitute and they did a wonderful job. MOD is now our new place and Snap, not so much.
I didn't know what to order so I kept it simple my first visit but let me say... nice.... its like Chipolte for Pizza. You get a piece of dough and you can build from there. I didn't expect a ton from a place that cooks the pizza infront of you but boy was I wrong. Came out with some blackish burn on the bubbles .. it was worth it. And it was quick. The fountain soda machine has blackberry lemonade and unsweetened ice teas.. very pleased with the staff also. Great first impression and quality ingredients.
My granddaughters went in there for lunch while waiting for me. I walked in and was greeted by the nices guy behind the counter. The girls said their pizzas were delicious and they raved about this guy that waited on them with tiny braids in his hair, saying how nice he was to them and it was the same guy that greeted me! I asked if they tipped him and they said they gave him what they had left which wasn't much. I asked them how much their bill was and gave them money to go back and give him a 20% tip. I really appreciated the way he treated them. He is a definite asset to your company. Sorry they didn't get his name.
Beyond disappointing. Ordered a margarita pizza and was given a lousy looking cheese pizza. Was pretty disappointed considering I frequently order the margarita pizza from the Bryn Mawr location and it’s absolutely delicious.Update: followed up with restaurant to inform them of mistake and was told that the person who took the order wrote down cheese pizza, so no adjustments were made to rectify order mishap. Was told to pay for a new pizza. The customer service at this location is appalling.Due to lack of food quality and terrible customer service, will not be visiting this location again.
This use to be my favorite place but lately the service has gotten worse and worse! Multiple bad experiences and tonight was the icing on the cake! Ordered for pick up on the app, when I got there my salad and pizza were on the top shelf instead of my pizza being in the warming box. I got in my car to check it and it is a COLD pizza ! I called the store 6 times and no one will pick up! Only place I can go and get a good gluten free pizza and after being served a regular gluten crust( with a gluten allergy) this situation, and several other bad experiences I will no longer support this place.
The manager was so cool opened up a little earlier than he should've. And made my pizza himself. And it was great and so was him and his staff.
Ordered the margarita pizza. Came out quick and was delicious! Staff was friendly and I will definitely be returning!
Great Salads and Pizza! Service efficient and friendly. Good place for a quick, healthy lunch. You can order what's on the menu or pick your own ingredients for both the salads and pizza. Everything is fresh and tasty. Order at the counter and pick up.
I absolutely love the pizza here and love the staff. I only took away one star because I got a very expensive salad once and they barelyPut anything in it I was kinda shocked actually how little they put in the salad bowl. I wasn’t expecting the bowl to overflow with salad but they barely filled it so it was annoying I paid a lot for that salad. That’s why I avoid the salads now but there pizza is top notch.
