Oh my, just looked up their latest health inspections by the department of health and not that long ago they had 6! violations which included not having paper towels in the restroom; food stored without covering; excessive food debris just to name a few.Not surprised, as during the height of Covid, I walked in one day and walked right out when I saw all the staff NOT wearing masks! To boot, the older blonde woman who obnoxiously wears the cross necklace like all the time my in laws dine in there (they label her the Jesus lady, lol) has a major chip on her shoulder and is very unfriendly. Just wish I could persuade my in laws to stop getting take out pizza from there since I’ve read the health department reports.
waitres/owner has dynamic fun loving personality...she made our dinner experience so much fun...the portions are huge, quality of food was excellent, we all took home doggie bags, i highly recommend this restaurant...we choose a different restaurant each month to try and so far our best experience was at Sals's

Sal's has really gone downhill the past 2 years. The quality of the food was subpar and they raised their prices quite a bit. My cheesesteak tasted awful and was a mushy mess, cheese pizza was overcooked and the mozzarella sticks were burnt. Will not order from again!
Food was tasty but my pick up order was over 15 minutes waiting after promised time. I don't think they even had it in the oven when I got there.
