We have been coming here for 30 years. The food never disappoints us but $15 for a pizza steak is a bit much. A regular cheese steak is 8.50. $7 for sauce. It’s not that good.
This place has some dishes that sound like something you may have tried before. HOWEVER the combination of flavors that hit your palate will leave you very pleased! For example, the shrimp and grits......the grits are some of the best in the area! And the shrimp......I've had lots of shrimp in my life, but never had ones coated and seasoned like this!!! Of all the items we have tried, I can honestly say that everything has exceeded our expectations!
Dined at this beautiful, inviting restaurant as a personal guest of Daniel Inverso. Everyone who knows me, know that I am very picky when it comes to food, whether I cook it, or whether I eat out at a restaurant. That being said, when I say it was some of the best food I have ever had out at an Italian restaurant, I mean it. They take amazingly fresh ingredients and turn them into well-executed, thoughtfully crafted dishes. In addition to some very classic staples, they offer a wide variety of options for all ages, and appetites. They also have truly lovely desert menu, which, features seasonal specialties; many of which are adorned with what I believe was homemade whipped cream. A wonderful touch missing from many a modern-day desert. This was a wonderful dining experience from start to finish, and I encourage you all to see for yourselves, why this is now perhaps one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Pennsylvania.
Went here for a double birthday for my wife and her sister. Great location. Packed for a Monday night. Quite an experience here. Had 3 well whiskeys which were good. Me and my wife shared a gorgonzola salad and the Monday cheese pizza special. Salad was great. Pizza was good..slightly floppy undercarriage and non-crunchy. I suggest to noobies to order the pizza well-done. I review pizzas based on David Portnoys One Bite Pizza reviews. One bite..everybody knows the rules. I gave this pizza a solid 7.4. Floppy and no crunch but great taste. My wife gives the pizza a 7.8 on the pizza scale.I would also like to point out the couple nats that were flying before we even got our food. Must've been from the bussers leaving old plates where the bussers and servers leave the dishes. Not a big deal but could be a deal breaker for others. As I give this pizza a 7.4 I give this restaurant a 4 out of 5 on Google reviews. Willing to try this place again and their other options.
Awesome and friendly staff.
Love this place for their tremendous selection of Gluten free dishes! From pizza/ovals to Italian favorites and more. It's a great problem to have when you can't decide what to have!
have eaten here quite a few times food has always been wonderful ..and large selection. I most recently tried the surf and turf scampi.. it was great.
We have been enjoying Ron’s for many years and had a another very enjoyable dinner there last night. Great service (Jade&Chris), food (Ovals & Mussels), a few Happy Hour drinks plus live music. We are lucky to have a bar and restaurant this good locally!
Great fresh food. Lots of house-made recipes, big portions, heart healthy, vegetarian, gluten free options. And everyone is super friendly and accommodating.
We were in the area and highly recommended by a local business. Place was busy with a 10 minute wait but we were still able to be seated and out the door within an hour. Incredible service, menu selections and the food was amazing! We'll definitely be back.
