We visit a few times a month. Excellent customer service, especially from Elizabeth! Would be 5 stars if: 1)The custard machine wasn’t broken periodically and slow to fix. 2)Should NEVER be out of Swedish Fish flavor.
Small but cozy place with friendly staff. Sometimes you might miss some flavors in here. But in general it is a good place around to get Rita's !Don't forget to enjoy the view at EagleView Town Center.
They have great great Frozen Custard
Two people working tonight. No masks but I was ok with that till I saw no gloves. They were wiping their faces and then hands in water ice and ice cream. I just could not think about getting anything and walked out. Totally disgusting
Left after 10 minutes and the line didn't move. 15 people in line and one poor kid working the whole shop.

I really don't like giving one star reviews but I feel the need after seeing how the owner was treating the workers. Young kids doing the best they could on a crowded day while being polite. The owner or manager, was being awful to them in front of customers and kids while doing nothing herself. I will never go back here.
I think they should have more staff I don't know maybe it was the day I came in that's it's usually not that busy but there was only 1 person helping like 4 different customers
I love this place. My favorite is the vanilla frozen custard with chocolate sprinkles. They also have incredible warm pretzels (in season). I wish they were available year round!
