We went towards the end of dinner rush and while there was a little wait, it was worth it because the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. The burgers were cooked perfectly, and we’re so thankful they had gluten free buns available.The only thing I didn’t enjoy during our meal was they started vacuuming the restaurant around 8 (we got food at 8:30 and were out before they closed at 9).
When my friends said, "Let's go you red Robin." I thought to myself, "I'm not going to find anything there I can eat as I'm gluten and dairy intolerant." I was wrong. I really liked their build a burger. I could completely fine tune it to my needs. I had a lettuce wrapped turkey burger and it was fabulous. They have a steamed broccoli option of which I loved as a side. The waitress was kind and oh so patient. We had a large party of fourteen. It took us a long time to get our food and our separate checks took a bit to get correct. If I had been the waitress dealing with that, I'd have lost my patience. The food industry is hurting for help and food costs have risen substantially, so I allow a lot of grace. I like that they have added healthy choices to their menu. I'll go back.
I loved it they had good burgers and the drinks were amazing so were the milkshakes I recommend going here a lot and this is like one of my favorite places to go and you should go right away.
Typical Red Robin experience. Burgers are always about the same (pretty good). The fries on this visit were not as hot as I would like, but the visit was not :bad:.
I love red robin and recently moved to exton. I'm not exaggeration when I say they have screwed up every time. Forgot to put items in, fries so cold and only had like 6 fries in my to go container. After 3rd time, I've given up.
I was looking forward to their food as I love the bottomless fries. It would be nice if they updated their hours online. I drove here for nothing.
I gave this place another try after a bad experience and definitely wrong choice to make. This is what their boneless wings look like. It's just chicken with a speck of sauce ugh disappointed again
It's sad really, I've had so many fond memories of red Robin at this location, I went here with my wife and I gotta say, the food was hardly a step up from caln roller rink hotdogs. I get it, you're a red Robin, and not fogo de Chao, but have a little bit of pride in your food. Honestly if I served the food that I ate tonight to my wife, she'd file for divorce.$14 for chicken tenders so tough, that I decided to keep one as a book mark.Also, I guess we were at closing time, and one of the staff members got out this super loud vacuum and started vacuuming right next to our table, and filled not only our booth up with stank dust, but the whole restaurant smelled like wet dog.C'mon corporate, please do something about the terrible conditions lol.The salad was alright.
Came here to celebrate my birthday tonight and to say the least I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted. The service and food was okay. My burger was completely wrong but not too terrible. But my biggest issue was when the staff came out with ice cream for my birthday, the spoon they gave me was DIRTY. As you can tell in the picture I took one scoop of the ice cream before I noticed the entire back of the spoon was covered in dried up syrup (and who knows what). It made me so sick to my stomach that I ate off this spoon and I have no idea what I could’ve picked up from it. I would expect a restaurant to be more cautious about cleanliness especially during covid times. But serving dirty silverware to customers?? We told our waiter about the spoon but all he did was say “sorry” and asked if I wanted a new one. I said no thank you as I lost my appetite. This should never be tolerated in any food service industry and I’m disappointed there was no resolution. I’m just hoping I don’t get sick because of this. Thanks for a great birthday experience, surely one I’ll never forget.
Our server was great. Food came out hot and was very good. I love the unlimited steak fries; it is something you can not get in most places
