This location is so bad at orders. Everytime I place an order for carryout it says it will be ready in 25-35 min. Then when I show up in 35Min they say they haven't started making it yet and it will be five min. Then you have to wait another 25 min. Every person in the waiting area is complaining about the same thing. This happens every time we order which is a few times a month. Very poorly managed!!
I placed an order for takeout took a little longer than expected to make when I got it back they did not make it correctly order original and then I'd send ordered extra ingredients one piece only on the pizza tried to call them I need don't answer the phone will never be back to this location again and will complain to corporate
not happy waited almost 2 hrs and have not seen my order if i was you wait till they bring your order before paying for it
My order was for delivery. 2hrs later I looked outside and found my order on the front steps, cold. Delivery driver NEVER rang the door bell or knocked (quiet house and neighborhood) … not ok… i get the contactless crap, however a simple notification (knock,knock,ding dong) would’ve been nice.
The new Indian manager and his staff never wear masks. They handle items without gloves or would use the same gloves to touch the register and the pizza. Someone needs to go in and take a video of the unsanitary conditions in there.
$5.00 delivery fee and none of it goes to the driver- are you out of your mind? You think I should be paying over $10 (incl tip) to have a $20 food order delivered? Every other local place charges $2-3.00 as delivery fee. Rolling down franchise price bloat to the consumer is absurd. Your poor drivers probably pay the price with people not wanting to tip as much because you overcharge delivery fees.
Pretty good pizza if you can get it...online order don't work most of the time, folks don't answer phones during busy times...but if you get through then freshly made delicious pizza...
My granddaughter ordered the canceled 2 times then at 9:40 they canceled the third time. I will never order again from that. What a rip off.
I've ordered here around 30 times, always fast, fresh, and friendly. I've never had a problem with my order and the delivery was usually faster than expected.
Poor service but good food
