Food is standard Panera which is tasty and fresh. However, take out window took 35 minutes to get food after ordered. Sitting in idling car exhaust. They need a different system. Sent me an unsolicited email saying "sorry you waited so long" but offered nothing such as a discount on next order or a free cookie. Next time hope they have curbside.
This place does its best with employee issues and Covid. However, the staff there is rude. Also no notification if your food is ready despite you saying you want texts so it sits up there on the counter. They don’t even call out your name and by then it’s cold soup. The quantity of food is less than advertised and pictured despite same or higher prices. The staff working is apathetic to customers yet can be heard laughing together in the back while preparing your food. Bring the same attitude to customers and you might find that customers are even more understanding about the shortage of workers.
My company orders food there every few months. Everytime we order, the order is messed up in some way. Panera does not allow customers to open and inspect their pick up order because of COVID. IF they screw up your order, you have to jump on line, order and pay for your food again, an then call Panera to credit your order. When you order your replacement food online you are charged a higher amount. What horrible business practices and horrible service.
The food is good, but when using curbside pick up and waiting to get order when it says it wS ready...I have no problem, but when it doesn't come out, I ventured inside to pick it up. I couldn't get anyone to even look me in the face so I could find my order. It wasn't on the pick up order shelf. As I am walking out an employee picks up my order from a counter and brings it out. She then instructa me that I could pick up the order myself. Well, this is me trying to tell you...I tried to do so and the order couldn't be found. Why have pick up if you aren't going to do it.
I was very upset with your store the other night. Having two managers on , not caring about anything. Talking about their life’s when making food. The salad was the worst I have ever had and also my daughter got soup and it was all Broth. Like really. I will never go back to them. Never.
Very slow to prepare orders. Empty restaurant but still 15-20 minute wait for 2 sandwiches
Nearly every time I come there is a problem. The quick order screens at the front won't accept payment. Dirty tables. Tonight I did a curbside pick up, sat there for 20 minutes and the food was never brought out. I went in and it was sitting on the counter. If you don't have staff to do the job, don't offer the service. Also, they're ALWAYS out of ingredients. Give a discount if you don't have the ingredients to make the salad how it's supposed to be made.
I came when they were not super busy and was told there would be a 25-30 minute wait for my food. I decided that was fine even though that is not the way Panera used to be. I read my book and lost track of time because I assumed they would call me. Finally I thought I would check. My food was on the counter wrapped up to go (they are wrapping everyone’s to go and not even using dishes if you’re eating there.). I asked why they didn’t call me and the guy seemed confused. I asked if he could check if it was cold…it was a pizza…and sure enough it was just sitting there so they have to make me a new one…if they are not going to call you, give a buzzer at least. Highly annoyed.
This used to be a good panera but now every time you come here it’s an extra long wait, there’s not enough staff. Dining room dirty at times. They just throw the sandwiches together anyway they want!! Orders not right. I mean it’s a little team too much!! However if you still wanna come to this location bring ya patience and make sure you check ya bag before you go!!
Today this location disappointed me. Not the food, which was great. It was the customer service. The dining room was closed due to employees out with the flu. Not enough employees to bus tables, however, there were some customers sitting outside. Technically, this wasn’t open (tables/chairs pushed to side) but they pulled their own tables/chairs together to eat in the nice weather. We did the same. So now there were four tables of two. Not long after someone came out, maybe the manager, and told us we cannot be there so had to pack up our lunch and leave. Said not enough employees to clean up. I said we will clean up after ourselves, but no. So, we ate in the car. What I would have liked to see is let the few already there finish their meal and make it clear to subsequent customers the patio area is closed. Really, make four tables of customers pack up? How much clean up would that be? Btw I cleaned up after ourselves but couldn’t throw our trash away due to the overflowing trash can, so threw it away at home.
