Didnt have food prepared,gave order payed for it. Then had to go to the waiting area to get my food. There where 3 other cars in the same predicament

We waited for 15m after going through the drive thru, they said for fresh fries. Instead we got semi cold bland fries. The customer service was fine, but why was the food so late and cold? Sandwiches would have been fine but were also cold by time we got them. As we were traveling, we didn't have time to turn around and complain. Not worth it, won't be back

I never thought I would have a preference, but this McDonald's blows the others out of the water. Jeff and Alex are phenomenal, and if given the chance make sure to meet them. The food is always well made, the drinks are always strong (no weak sodas here), and they are super nice. They have gone out of their way to make my experience better or to accommodate my needs several times and I genuinely do not believe I will go to a different location unless necessary.
Twice in one week I've been disappointed. Earlier this week i arrived at drive thru at 6am . No lights on the outside and not sign stated they weren't but someone was sitting inside at a computer.This has happened once before and I usually go to the Downingtown location but I was running lateThe next was today when the only thing they had to offer were hash browns.
