So I work at the ubreakifix/asurion store visiting today in exton my co worker put me on and I must say the marshmellow milkshake is to die for also thank you for good customer service and a smile from kaylee
I plan on telling everyone I know about this ice cream truck. They hosted an event for us today and everyone loved it! They had great flavors, friendly service, and really went out of their way for us. Thank you all so much! Can’t wait to work with you again.
Came for the Maggie moos, wanted to stay for those gorgeous looking cookies, left for the poor attitude of the employees. Please pay them more so they don't need to feel forced to smile or be at least neutral to do their jobs. It was so obvious none of them wanted to be there last night and that was a turnoff from the 3 ice cream servers all trying to "help" me at once to the unhelpful cashier rushing me to checkout.
The first time I went here it was great and I felt like it was good value for the money, but this time around it was a really bad experience for me. The mix in was stale and the waffle cone was also stale.Whats really upsetting is that the 2 ice creams were about $13 for something stale.. I also traveled all the way from Drexel hill because this place was so good the first time around.
5 stars for the ice cream and 1 star for the most recent service. The employees hands me dripping ice cream. He sticks his fingers halfway in to pack the ice cream dripping out. Him and another employee laugh when I ask what is in cotton candy ski jump (child had allergies to wheat). Good for Walmart but not this premium ice cream shop.

Overall, the booking process was easy, and the opportunity to plan the event further with the Maggie Moo's event coordinators was greatly appreciated and a phenomenal way to ensure the event runs the way both parties would want it to! Having the truck on campus was so much fun, and really allowed us to promote our club with students on campus, while also having a great time throughout the night! Ordering was easy and straightforward, even for those attending who were not familiar with the unique flavor and topping combinations that Maggie Moo's never fails to offer; Blue Cotton Candy was the big crowd pleaser! Lawrence was incredible to work with, and great with everyone that came up to the truck! We can't wait to bring the truck back to campus in the future!
i love maggie moo’s they have great ice cream and very nice staff but i’ve had the worst experience lately. i was in there today and there were people ordering and being helped they were about to pay while the ice cream was being made by 2 staff members, but then 3 staff members clearly saw me standing there and proceeded to talk, walk around and sit back knowing i had been waiting. i just find it very rude to have 2 people making ice cream and the rest talking and laughing leaving costumers and not even bother to acknowledge me standing there.
Sad that I’mwriting this today.. Every time I come here with my WHITE boyfriend, we receive the best customer service. However, last night I went in alone and waited for 10 minutes while my presence was completely disregarded by the three girls up front standing in a huddle discussing their low pay and when they plan to quit.. While they kept looking back at me waiting, they continued with their conversation as if I wasn’t there waiting… After I finally was asked what I’d like and went to pay, an older white couple walked in behind me and was IMMEDIATELY greeted and helped, one of the workers made it her business to head to the back to grab a Sophia to make sure she helped this couple. So sad to have to write this review and realize who this establishment does and does not stand for.
They have multiple kids working. Some are in the back and others just standing around. There was a line and only two girls were doing their job. Took too long. Third time in a month we go there and they are out of chocolate chip cookies. Why aren’t they staying on top of it. Very disappointed
