I never write reviews, good or bad; I worked retail for a long time and I always felt like a pain asking people to leave reviews or ratings, but sometimes you have to, so here we go.Last few times here, it’s always a different crew but consistently inaccurate orders. I don’t understand what the issue is. Everything is listed and itemized on the receipt but still always wrong.One of my trips, I ordered online, and arrived significantly later than the scheduled time (about 15 mins), and I was greeted by someone that was too busy talking to the other person in the back and then realizing my order wasn’t even picked yet. I tried not to care but I could tell they were clearly distracted. All in all, I trusted that they seemed semi focused enough to read what was on the order that I didn’t feel the need to check the box until I got home. Lo and behold we had less cookies than we ordered, a random cookie that wasn’t ordered, and the quantities of those actually ordered were entirely off.A recent trip, again ordered online, and this time we almost left without checking the box. This time we checked and realized we were missing 6 entire cookies (1/3 of the order)…. It was corrected but it took 10 minutes to be waited on (3 workers, one other customer being helped). In the end I got what I ordered but I can’t afford to keep checking orders/waiting on corrections while I have others (or a dog) waiting outside on me.This location was more convenient to get to but the inconvenience of order accuracy isn’t worth it. Will go back to ordering from the West Chester location next time, and will also be trying Crumbl cookies in the meantime too.

The lady that helped me out was so beyond kind there is cute seating area outside as well. Me and my friend took pictures on the painted mural that they have located on the side of their building. I definitely recommend their cookies they came out warm and weren’t overly sweet. I will definitely be back
Celebrating their first haircut by a real barber they excitedly agreed to an ice cream treat and they received two insanely tiny scoops for $7ea - I know it’s not Baskin Robbins but they were incredibly disappointed. :(
So glad they opened this place close to me! It is an awesome place for the occasional indulgence. Every single cookie I tried from here has been excellent. Prices are a little high IMO, but this is a case of you pay for what you get and certainly won't deter me from coming here. The staff are awesome. I will certainly keep coming back!
I was disappointed in the size of the cookies for costing over $2 a cookie. Other than being slightly warm, I did not feel that there was any reason, taste and size included, that I wouldn't just pick up fresh cookies at the grocery store bakery for less than half the cost. It would have been worth it if my event occurred when they were doing the BOGO on a dozen cookies. But as it stands, I tried it once. It was good, but not worth doing again.
Got the macadamia nut and chocolate cookies and they were amazing! I would've preferred my cookies cold but they warmed it and it was hard to hold on to since they became soft. Aside from that, i would go back to Insomnia Cookies again and again.
Always fresh cookies. Nice location with plenty of parking and nice outdoor seating. Recommend for anyone looking to get their sugar cravings taken care of in Exton.
Phenomenal and fast. I have tried 3 times to order a Monster sundae that would taste terrible, and every time it's STILL been amazing. There's nothing that isn't absolutely delicious here. Amazing when I have friends over and at 11pm we suddenly need cozy treats. Insomnia has your back every time, man. Every time.
