They are not consistent with their rice. It is often undercooked. Once they gave me lot of water along with rice, making it a more like a soup rather than a stir fry. Lot of times their rice is dry. Don’t you have a standard recipe that you can follow? For example 10 cups of rice and 15 cups of water, cooked for 12 minutes. Why can’t you get the basic thing right ? And they gave me the extra sauce on side, which had green mold on it. Stay away.
This was the second time ordering from here and neither order was correct. I waited outside for 10 mins for my curbside pick up and it never came. I went in to pick it up and when I got home there was no sauce on the side as requested and the kids noodles had nothing on it that was supposed to be on it. I went back to the store to pick up the sauce and toppings and when I walked in there was at least 5 employees just standing there behind the counter. I want to like it here but sadly I will not be going back.
Not the best of their locations. I haven’t been to a honeygrow a ton of times, but I remember the KoP location being significantly better. Order of two stir-fry bowls took over 30 minutes. Mine had virtually no protein, just like 3-4 small pieces of chicken. Also was super light on the curry and jalapeños. I can comfortably say that I probably won’t be back to this location. It was just very disappointing, especially at the price.
Been to an excellent honeygrow in MD … but this place did not impress. In one dish, there was so much stir-fry sauce, it looked as if we had ordered soup. In another, they forgot both the protein & sauce (hence very bland). It was a takeout order, so by the time we realized the errors we were 1/2h away and didn’t bother to take them back.
Food tastes great and good portions!My bf and I got the Spicy Garlic and Red Coconut Curry! Super flavorful and the noodles have great texture! I'm definitely going back for more!!
Most of their Stir Fries are really good but their Salads are kinda weird. They put their own spin on Classic Salads like Chicken Caesar & Greek.
Most honeygrows are delicious, this one is lacking. My like was brown and starting to get moldy. Waited 15 minutes for curbside, only for my order to be inside just sitting on a shelf. My bread was ice cold. Normally I’m not one to complain, but this isn’t the first time these situations have happened to me at this location
It’s always tasty and consistent. The nature of the bad reviews on here are depressing. This isn’t a gourmet restaurant- it’s basically a step up from fast food. And it’s always fresh. If you’re able to get over yourself and your entitlement, you might enjoy it too!
Went for the 1st time and was very disappointed. I ordered a Cobb salad and the greens were not the freshest, there was no room to mix everything together and they forgot to give me the salad dressing. My friend had the stir-fry and was happy with it. There is no sound attenuation so it is very noisy.
First time. I picked up food to take to a friend's house. Really good!!!
