Never had a good experience at this dunkin.They make orders wrong, ordered pickup but the front door locked was midday employees just ignored us. Employees are rude when you do get to order.This dunkin is attached to a failing gas station. Hoping they close and rebrand or take new ownership. Avoid
I drove the 10 minutes to get the before 7 pm, which was their closing time. Got there at 6:40. They were closed ?
Customer service was awful and he dropped my credit card while handling it and had the audacity to say to me it went under your truck and then closed his window...the whole point of going through a drive thru is so that you don't have to get out of your vehicle and the jelly doughnut tasted weird!
Fast service and order was perfect, I love my Dunkin Latte...
I don't think they should be allowed to run this place. Never ever have I come across such rude people. Please drive a few minutes more and go to another Dunkin donuts, don't waste your time and money at this location.
I have been a customer daily at this site for 7 years… it’s gone from being the best in town to trash… the employees are rude and they can’t make a drink consistently anymore. I am very lactose intolerant and they charge .53 cents more for oat milk. I don’t care about that but god use more than a drip. You can barely tell it’s in it!! And the foods always cold or made wrong. Nothing like cold food. Just go to downingtown. It’s not far and the products are better and the drinks made right each time.
Love Dunkin everyone who has helped me has always been pleasant, my coffee is delicious always !!! Dunkin's the best because America Runs On It!!!!!

i find it ridiculous, the bread they provide for the sandwiches are DRY, they have the nerve to CHARGE for butter or jam to add moisture to their sandwich?!
