Took our order, then stood their and waited to take the order of someone she obviously knew who had walked in to the store. Then went on to make their order before ours.I watched her handled cash and then stick her hands in all of the cups and on all of the cones. I won’t be back.
Literally says they are open to 9:30 shows they are open that they are open till 9:30, there were people ordering right in front of us still and they refused to severe us at 9:00 telling us they’re closed.
Crappy customer service. Would not alternate blue and yellow letters on top of a $40 ice cream cake we bought during the day on November 23rd. Like, seriously, how freaking hard is it to alternate blue and yellow colors for Happy Birthday? Two more minutes hard?! If that! I love ice cream and this place is a classic ice cream spot. Blizzards are yummy. Their sundaes are great. I’ve heard the hot dogs are good but I don’t trust the person that told me that, so I only ever get ice cream. Really good ice cream.

Always love a great blizzard!
5 stars some nights, 2 stars other. Never an issue with the staff really; they are always polite and the place is always clean. The problem is each staff's different definition of "extra stuff". If I order three blizzards with extra filling, and I pay extra for it, I expect that cup LOADED. Some shifts got it down pat, others give you baseline blizzard filling at best when you ask for extra. Seems trivial but you got to give the people what they want, and pay for, mind you.
The 2 ladies that worked tonight, August 19th, make the best blizzards. Its the second time we ordered from this location and we were not disappointed!
