Horrible service, rude employees, overcharged for items. THIS IS ONLY EXTON,PA
Ordered and came to get and they were closing (well within business hours) and they wouldn’t cancel my order to be reimbursed, said I had to call. Won’t ever return.
The service was absolutely pathetic. Customers are being told to leave by staff. This is my 5th time here and I have yet to get what I actually ordered. Not only that, I’m told “I’m not even sure what I put in the bowl so just request your money back”. I’ve tried to be understanding with this location but I can honestly say it’s a disgrace. I’d advise any potential customers to take your business elsewhere. You may have better luck getting decent food at 7/11 instead.

Aweful place. Had nothing on the line, 3/4 of the employees were outside while 2 employees were inside. Once the employees came back in, they hung out and ate in the back. Complete mess, got a bowl that was about 1/3 the normal size for the full price.Avoid this spot.
If I could give 0 stars, that would still be too nice. We have gone on 4 different occasions, including weekends and busier times vs not so busy times. Every single time I have ordered, something was incorrect. The employees were lazing around even though we were waiting in line. They acknowledged that we were in line but took over 5 minutes before taking our order. They were messing around with each other, making jokes, walking to the back and coming to the front while taking our order. It took 4 people to complete our order of 2 bowls. They ran out of hot salsa and cheese and when we asked for extra, they made sighing faces and noises as if we were being too difficult. We would rather drive 30 minutes in the opposite direction than to use this location.
It was an hour before closing. The place had a few people in line and someone was making online orders. Place was a mess, staff was incredibly slow. We waited patiently for our turn, when we got to order there were no more onions, peppers or sofritos. We asked if they were making or bringing more out, we were told no. Left disappointed and hungry. Might not make a difference to most people but we are vegan and I'm not eating an all rice wrap.
I feel bad for the manager because it seems like they’re just not getting the work out of the employees that they need to. Last week I was way overcharged for two burritos but said nothing because I didn’t want to cause trouble in a busy restaurant. Twice I was unable to get my free chips because they “ran out”. Which could’ve happened. But it seemed to me like they just didn’t want to make them. I run a restaurant, we have tortilla chips in it literally takes two minutes to make. It’s just frustrating when you see people running around doing nothing cursing and laughing at each other and hanging out instead of doing their job and helping out the guest. The only reason this please gets two stars is because it is very busy
Terrible service on more than one occasion. One person works at a time while the rest of the staff hang out. They rarely have all of the food stocked so my orders tend not to be quite what I wanted. I'm really disappointed that Chipotle hasn't seen all of these reviews and done anything about it.
Ordered ahead for pickup at 7:00 PM. Got there at 7:05. No bag waiting for us. Waited another 30 minutes. The staff in back we’re working hard, but it is clear they are understaffed. The area out front was an absolute pigsty. The two working the counter did not care and were aloof. Never again.
