Took mom there for lunch (it's her favorite)...drive up line was long (isn't it always?) but we breezed right through inside and were chowing down in minutes. I had the new (limited time) Smokehouse BBQ Bacon sandwich...so tasty I had to eat a second! Friendly staff, fast service, and delicious food...this place nails it!
A very nice and kind young man named Evan confirmed my mobile order in the drive thru line, then I saw him again with his bright smile at the pick up window. It felt like a full service experience. The drive thru line is always a little long, like all chick-fil-a locations but I feel like they are super efficient with keeping the line moving at this location.
It was literally like a commercial... I was greeted warmly outside by 2 young men working the car lines. Once inside the guy taking my order was sooo nice! Finally the food??? the chicken sandwich was crispy from the first to last bite, waffle fries were perfect. Everything was outstanding!
We did the drive thru at this establishment. The wait time was at least 45 minutes and the traffic was a nightmare to get in and out with no direction provided. We had another customer all but run into our vehicle to jump in front of us in the line. She then proceeded to argue with us about the traffic. We love Chik FIl A but we are not going to put ourselves in danger just to get food. There needs to be better traffic controls to allow for customers to merge this reducing conflict and congestion. This is not the Chik FIl A that I know and love.
Everyone loves Chick-fil-a... for the most part at least. My family and I honestly think they take the cake when it comes to fast food quality, and their employees are always pretty nice. While I realize and understand that the pandemic has taken its toll and most businesses are currently struggling with staffing, I think everyone can agree that even pre-pandic, you couldn't just pull up to a Chick-fil-a without it being packed both inside and through the drive thru. Now, with indoor dining no longer available, the drive thrus are 20 times worse. And this is really an area of their business that needs excellent organization and efficiency - particularly this location. After our last experience, where some crazed person (who thought cutting 15 or so cars off that had been sitting in line for 20+ minutes was acceptable) almost HIT MY CAR and yelled at us about not having another location anywhere in the area, we won't be back. It's just too stressful...way too chaotic. Not well organized or managed by the leadership team. The entire concept behind drive thru windows is "easy" and "quick". There's nothing easy or quick about this place. (Quick isn't as big a deal, I get it, but coming shouldn't be the equivalent of a demolition derby.)
I'm only commenting on my purchase today, 1/22/2022.Bought the Taco Bowl soup. Too many beans, needs more chicken.Also as usual the drive thru line was outlandishly long so I decided to go in. However, they only are open inside for mobile app order pick ups. But a young man was kind enough to take my order at the door.
If you’re not going to open the dining area, at least get the drive through orders correct. Your putting food in a bag, not sending people to the moon.I love driving home and then having to drive back because my order is missing things.I guess having to check my order isn’t just something I should do at McDonalds or Wendy’s.
Very very busy place with consistently great food and accurate orders.
There is no better fast food! The food is always tasty. The staff is always friendly. The amazing sweet tea taste like it's homemade by an expert.
I’m deaf .. went drive thru and they re friendly and understanding thru texting.. and the food is delicious… I appreciate their efforts to make us feeling good and satisfied
