I am here right now. The cashier gentleman (probably in his 60s) with glasses was rude to me right in front of my kids. I walked up to the counter and said "hey! Give me a second while I look over the menu". This man didn't said "hey" back nor did he reply to me requesting a moment to view the menu. He gave me a blank expressionless stare. I decided not to skim through the menu; instead I ordered 3 cheese steaks and 4 fries as quickly as possible. I spent over $50.00 on this experience.
The food and drinks are pretty good here. But, it’s very slow because there is only one person working there. When I went today, he was not polite, unfriendly, and makes me not want to come back. If you want to pickup Philly cheesesteak, do not go here! If you’re in this mall though, then go to Chickfelia. Good food but bad service!
A somewhat long wait but there was a lot of people ordering and food was absolutely amazing, prices are a little high but for that good of food it was worth it.

While shopping in the mall had a urge for a Charlie O's cheesesteak. It's supposed to open at 11:00am it was 11:10 but the person behind the counter said come back in 20 minutes he wasn't set up yet. 20 minutes later I returned and he still wasn't set up so I decided to eat elsewhere. Not sure how much longer this place will be in business if this is the way they treat their customers.

I would give this place absolutely no stars. My experience here was horrible. Like many of the previous reviews stated, the owner/manager is very unprofessional, rude and down right disrespectful. His customer service is less than acceptable. My family and I ordered two chicken cheesesteaks only to be flagged away and told to wait for our order for 20 mins while two other customers came up and received their order, After explaining to the manager that order was incorrect, we were met with disgust and impolite comments and behavior. We do not eat red meat so in no way was the order of one regular cheesesteak and one chicken correct. He then stated to us " What? you cant read?" He refused to refund our money or correct our order. Meanwhile, we had two hungry small children with us and left with no food or refund. He insisted that we ordered something that we did not then attempted to call mall security on us because of his mistake. I have NEVER experienced such awful customer service and for that reason I would NEVER eat here again.
The owner seemed to have an attitude and made me wait almost 10 minutes until he walked over to me so that I can place my order. At no point did he even acknowledge me and say I will be there in a minute. I won't be going back.
I would rate negative stars but cant. Went in today at 2.30 asked for a plain cheese steak just meat and cheese with fries no roll and a soda. I paid 9 bucks for it. Went to go get it and saw peppers on it. I the asked jai if there were onions on it he then proceeded ti tell me peppers onions and mushrooms. I told him i cant eat this because i am allergic to onions. He then said i ordered it that way when i said no i asked for plane he refuse to remake it or give me the refund. So now im out of the money and wasted my lunch break on this. I will never be going back.
