We live down the street from here and went once recently. They say us at a table and no one said anything to us for 10-15 minutes. It wasn’t that busy either, plenty of servers walked past us and looked at us, but then said nothing. Eventually one server got our drinks and said our server would be right over. Our server walked past us and didn’t say anything 6 times to chat with another table. We decided to try again and same thing happened, they sat us down and we were just ignored. I would understand if they at least acknowledged us and said “we’ll be right with you” or “we’re understaffed, so it’ll be a bit of a wait.” Nope, just plain ignored and not acknowledged at all.

This was the very first place my fiancée took me on my birthday when we first began dating. I loved it then, and I love it now. It has become a birthday tradition. He takes me there every year on 2 February, for a birthday dinner. We get top notch service, excellent food, great atmosphere and a rather extensive menu to choose from. I have never had a bad meal from there. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend Bistro 24 to anyone. If you pull into or drive by the Bistro, the full parking lot will speak for itself!

I love this restaurant! Great and tasty food and affordable prices! Undeniably superb customer service each time that I dine here at the Bistro 24 American Grille! The banana walnut pancakes and the roasted veggie and peppers omelette was scrumptious. Highly recommend this restaurant in Exton, Pennsylvania!

The food was absolutely delicious! But the service was horrible. If I guessed it was our server's first job. She tried but she needed more mentoring. Turkey and meatloaf dinners came out first and about 15 minutes later the stuffed flounder finally came out. The baked potato didn't have butter. The cocktail sauce was ordered a couple of times but took almost the whole meal to come out. We had to ask the manager to bring our bill. Seriously the food was awesome but service needed a lot of help. The bus boy was spot on though - constantly monitoring the dining area for empty plates and removed immediately. If service was better, I would give 5 stars.

I had the Strawberry stuffed pancakes this morning and they were very good. our waitress was very tentative and friendly. I ate there before and everything is very good

We had woken up after a football/birthday party. We were craving good diner food. This place has it. We had an excellent young waitress, and the food was delicious! Good job

Cream Chip Beef over hashbrowns: good!Side of Scrapple: tasty!Coffee that was sorta pushed on me: delicious enough I got a second cup.At 7:30 in the morning I had not issues with service or the friendliness of the waitstaff.

I would like to give a 10 star review if it was possible to Bistro 24! My husband works less than a mile away and on a whim we tried a few curbside takeout dinners during the height of the pandemic to break things up. Simply put, AMAZING! Everything is home cooked and feels like your Mom made it (and I was missing my own who had passed at 68 from cancer in Nov 2019). I highly recommend the meatloaf! Fast forward to now...and my hubby's Mom is in hospice at home and we didn't think we could have a happy Thanksgiving dinner with her gone. Just this week, she made a turnaround and we decided the 4 of us would spend Thanksgiving at their home and her bedside. I decided to order 4 Thanksgiving dinners! Quite possibly the best decision I've made in a long time! Thank you to Julie, Kim and all the staff and management. We picked up soo much food, soup, salad, dinner and pie! She loved it and laughed and cried. Mostly she loved the chicken corn chowder soup, lol! Thanks to you all, you made her happy! Sorry for the long post, couldn't shorten it in any way! ❤❤❤ Greg and I will be friends and customers for life!

I wrote a review of this place sometime ago. We come here at least once a month for the past few years but things have changed , a bit. We came here tonight expecting a great meal, as we always experienced in the past. I got the Chicken Marsala special and my wife got the Salmon. Right off the bat we noticed that the service was slower than usual , but chalked it off as possibly new waitresses or the lack there of. Not much of a big deal. But Both meals were very small and my wife mentioned that the last time we were there (last month ) the meals were small as well. Something changed. You'll get a senior size or child's size portion of your meal whether you want to or not. The Chicken Marsala special had three very small pieces of chicken , possibly the size of one breast cut into three pieces on top of a small scoop of mash potatoes. Her salmon was small as well. The food tasted good but the portion sizes really are worth the money that you spend. With those two meals and one small dessert dish of rice pudding , the meal came to $55.00. Way too much in my opinion. Unfortunately, all things must end. We really thought that we found a place that had great meals and you didn't feel you're being gouged.....well, things have changed and we won't be stopping by as often as we have been. Order the burgers, NOT the specials . you'll get a better bang for your buck.

Bistro24 is a great local restaurant perfect for breakfast or lunch. Ordered the double chocolate waffle which was very sweet and addicting. When aren’t waffles addicting? The Mexican veggie burger was good as well as the dieters omelette with turkey sausage. I appreciate restaurants that have many options for diet restricted people or someone with allergies and/or food sensitivities. Will visit again! I highly recommend this restaurant. I mean there is even a breakfast buffet, this place has it all.
