This will be my last order at this location, I dont know why I had given this location so many chances... I hope corporate watches the camera footage from the drivethru lane and that the intercom is recorded.... Today I listened to the drive through intercom for 10 minutes while a line of cars to the road sat behind me, there were no cars being served in front of me either. While waiting i had the pleasure of listening to the colorful language and bickering of the staff, then someone came on to serve me, well she tried to.... This girl kept talking over me so she could not hear what i was trying to order... Then when I get home my sandwich has only half of the toppings it is supposed to have, not half the amount, but half the ingredients were missing. I'm done, good luck if you go here
We were in line for 30minutes to get to the ordering speaker and then asked to wait at the speaker for another 5/10 minutes. They were literally serving one car at a time in the drive thru. 530pm and no bacon cheddar baked potatoes were ready. Was told it'd be 30 More minutes if we wanted to wait. The line was out to the road and cars pulling out of line and their money & business going down the road. After our experience, we should have followed them.
I waited in the drive threw tonight for 30 minutes to pick up a door dash order. They only did one order at a time, had young kids goofing around, and not very friendly. The bread racks were all over the place outside, the dolly with a garbage can was outside on the icy sidewalk. Very unprofessional looking place. It should not take as long as it did.
Everything was cooked to perfection. Our burgers were juicy and the fries were hot and crispy. We went at lunchtime, so, the drive thru line was long, but, it moved very fast.
This is the SLOWEST Wendy’s on the planet. They don’t even have the dining room open so they’re waiting on one car at a time and it still takes them like 10 minutes per car. They have signs all over saying they’re hiring but for one 11 bucks an hour. Try paying people more so you can hire more staff and actually be fast food again.
Wrong order was given to me and the staff was in helpful after waiting which felt forever to begin with was told I could wait longer to talk to a manager. I just won't go back not worth the time or money when there are other choices. Would recommend bypassing and going somewhere else if you want decent service.
They have to open their dine-in area to delivery person’s. They make them wait in a ten car drive-thru that takes forever to get through and cost them gas that they should not have to do by just putting a sign on the door like other fast food restaurants have done and still do, “mobile orders only” allowed in lobby.
It was horrible. The drive thru was backed up. We went in. Ordered a plain Jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bag and my dad ordered their $5 bag. My burger was wrong. I waited to request a plain Jr. Bacon cheeseburger. I get told they're sorry but the drive thru is backed up-like it will not be taken care of until all of the cars are taken care of. I said I was going to sit and eat my other food before it got any colder. She said she would bring it out. Both fry orders were wrong. They gave us chili cheese fries instead of baconator fries. They also didn't give us forks for them. No one was in the restaurant and I went up a 3rd time for my burger. She had to ask them for it again! I take it back to the table and find it's just a plain cheeseburger. It was absolutely ridiculous. When your food items are 2 burgers and 2 fries and they get 3 of the 4 items wrong that is beyond unacceptable.
These people are completely inconsiderate and extremely rude leaving me out in the cold for over 10 minutes to ask a store manager if I can come inside to order my food. The lady never came back, the drive through people looked at me like trash. Even though I own my own business and had 30 mins for lunch. They had it closed waiting for inspection. They don't want anybody to dirty up the place or do their job. So they just closed the inside and inconvenience everybody involved but THEM SELVES!!! SUCH RUDE PEOPLE!!!!
Super super slow. Long line at Drive thru and they take one car at a time. They were not polite and I believe just worrying about drive thru times that's why they take one car at a time. Food was bland and not good. New crispy fries? No soggy and cold couldn't tell if lobby was open or not
