Everything was very good and reasonably priced. Large portions.
Just average, nice service, most of food bland. Sauce average, pizza not so good, used pre made pizza shells, not what I expected
One of my new favorite restaurants in Erie! You have to try the garlic bread and Chicken Frutta Salad! Great prices, food, and service. You will not be sorry you ate here.
Ordered a combo sub for delivery. When I ordered I was told delivery would be an hour or 1 1/2 hrs. It did take the full time for delivery. Now what I received we an overcooked cold sub that was not made to order. Called store spoke with manager who advised me the would redo the order. Okay with that . however it has been another 11/2 hours and still no sub !!!!This is not the Valerios I remember. Come on step up your game, there is too much competition to stay in business. Update....received the replacement sub after 1 1/2 hours. Guess what COLD. OVERCOOKED AND NOT MADE TO ORDER. I ate two bites. Threw it away and ate Cereal. So very disappointed....

Have always loved Valerio's in the past, but haven't ordered for awhile, until recently. Ordered pizza, chicken tenders, along with a couple other sides, and the chicken was flat, overcooked and dry, not juicy like the menu says. I actually thought about taking them back, but just decided that I will no longer order from there (E. 38th). Didn't recognize any of the employees from before, and none were friendly or smiled (were probably 5 or 6 working that day). I actually felt uncomfortable there. Is it under new ownership? A big disappointment. I will drive a little further to my other favorite pizza shop to get my favorite appetizers and pizza from now on.
Stopped at this place to pick up a salad and give their customer service a second chance. Big mistake. Nobody even greets you, girl simply says, "You have a pick up"..Not a "Hello how are you today"...then I comment that nobody smiles in the place, and some smart mouth kid says, "They don't pay me to smile"....Wow!! Won't see me back there.
Ordered online for delivery and left a tip. When I called because it was taking forever, they said they were closed and I ordered for pickup. I wouldn't leave a tip for a pickup order, and definitely wouldnt order pickup late at night, as i have 2 kids that were sleeping. The manager was completely out of control. Their food sucks anyway.

I’m not one for reviews or to post one. But today has been the worst I received from this place! We ordered some combo balls from the East 38th street location and since we don’t do take often everyone was really hungry. When food was delivered, we were shorted. After calling to explain that (twice) they sent the shorted amount thrown into a box with stuff all over that box. My teenager was even turned off from eating at that point.
