Portions are big and filling while the prices are low.Delicious food. They appeared to be short-staffed like most restaurants in '22, so we had to wait a while for our seats. Once we were seated, service was quick. Our server was very friendly and attentive.

I like your food but quality control needs some work. Ordered small calzone, paid for extra cheese, and ordered 2 marinara sides. There was very little cheese, let alone extra and i got 1 marinara and i salsa. You always estimate 90 min delivery so when order arrived 75 minutes later i was happy but everything was cold like it had been sitting around for a half hour.

I ordered chicken alfredo with wedding soup and a salad. The soup and salad were great, the alfredo however tasted like milk- flavorless and the chicken wasn’t the best either. I’d come here again just wouldn’t get the alfredo

Me and my family have lunch or dinner here twice a week! Customer service is amazing. We never have to wait long for are orders. The manager Niki always come over and make sure we’re okay and that everything is good. All of the servers are nice.

Went to the 32nd and Pittsburgh location....food was good....paid our $36 bill with a $100 bill. The woman who was acting like the manager cashed us out was RUDE beyond belief. She told us we were using all her small bills and next time she won't accept a $100 bill. She slammed the register drawer and walked away. We won't be back. It was dinner time....perhaps if she's manager, she should be sure there is enough change for a paying customer.

ITALIANS BEWARE, NEVER EVER COME HERE!!! I looked up the most authentic Italian restaurants in Erie (just moved from Philly) and Valerios was in the top 5. I also saw this was a local chain so I tried it out. NO SAUCE ON ANYTHING! The sauce they use is something like RAGU and you can tell they do not use real cheese but shredded cheese from Family dollar. The garlic bread is just a sub roll cut in half and the bread is flaky (for everything). The pizza was cut into 16ths which is fine but I did not ask nor could I put it in the oven to heat it up. The pizza has 0 sauce and the cheese was hard and was not cheesy/melty. When i saw the Italian sub I was in disbelief. IT WAS HOTT. A SUB WITH COLD MEATS, LETTUCE AND TOMATOE WAS HOTTTTT. It was absolutely disgusting and I had to put it in the fridge. The chicken parm was all bread, thin chicken and once again no sauce. I really thought this was an Italian Restaurant and I was more than wrong. I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars but it’s not even worth that. I don’t know how they have any business or how this is a local chain. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!

I ordered 2 calzones, 1 was philly steak, it came out ok. The second was ham and cheese, mozzarella no ricotta, add mushrooms. I get it home there is tons of cheese, maybe 10 small pieces of ham and no mushrooms. I didn't bother to call because it would have been a waste of time.

Beautiful fish sub full of fish and delicious goodness. Thus is an absolutely excellent restaurant. I think that Valerios is an Erie institution, a must if you're a local or visitor. Their ranch is out of control and should be listed as a controlled substance. The lighting in the photo is my fault and does not do this fantastic sub justice. 100% fat guy approved. Go get one and stop being hungry. They also have exceptional wings made of chicken. Lovely delicious wings. Stop reading this and buy their food!

Our order was delivered to the wrong address and the resident of that address took our order. Have to wait over and hour again for our food but was told 50% wold be taken off the bill. I shure they keep their word but I'm not holding my breath either. Maybe the drivers should not rely on GPS and Actually Match The Delivery Address On The Receipt To The House Number. They had our address and phone number right the first time so really no excuse for this inconvenience. I guess commen sense has lost its way. Definitely not ordering form this location on Powell Ave again.

Easily the worst pizza place in Erie. I keep giving them chances and they continue to disappoint. I stood there for 15 minutes as the circus ran around in back with no one to help customers who were waiting to pick up there order. This was the last time. I thought I could see my pizza from where I stood and the workers just looked at me with their mouths open as if I was supposed to ask for it a second time. I would not recommend this restaurant.
